They are out of food a lot of the time. You spend more time waiting then enjoying your food. With that being said, it is fresh most of the time. Some workers could use better customer service training however not all interactions have been bad.
Food is Panda Express quality, not new. Main point of contestion is they didn't deliver with the apply crisps for my kids meals which is what I paid for my children. Received two stars for delivery 4 minutes early but no crisps.

Wanted to get half fried rice and half chow mein but was told the chow mien would be at least 5 mins so i said let me just get fried rice but then i was told there was chow mein and i should have seen the red flag but i said ok. There was mostly fried rice and a little bit of chow mein and 80% of it was onions and celery.... Whoever was on thar drive thru taking orders really had no shame. Never listening to them in this situations and most likely never going back.
