Ordered a matcha latte and waited 20 minutes before asking where my drink was. It was really busy so I waited longer before asking. It was ready and they just never said anything. The drink was the wrong size but at that point I just wanted to leave. Poor communication.

I don't know the name of the employee who was manning the drive through today (06/28) around 6:45 PM, but he was fantastic. He deserves a raise. He was the most kind, funny, attentive, and enthusiastic Starbucks employee I've ever had an interaction with.
