Seriously, the prices have sky rocketed. My drink from 2022 was $7, and now it's almost $16 (I get a lot of shots), and the roast tastes extremely bitter. I know they are super busy, and the espresso handle doesn't stay connected long enough to burn into the metal and carry over to the next shot. Yet, that's exactly what it tastes like. They also need to bring back the veggie sandwich from the early 2000's.

I get an iced coffee with mocha and classic and cream, always have for over 5 years...get other things from time to time. This store is also the best store... I love Starbucks also!!!

Starbucks. Do I really have to tell you what they have? Coffee. Tea. Some odds and ends to snack on. The coffee wins it though. I can't explain the way I or my wife find some reason, real or completely fabricated, to drive to that side of town just to sit in the drive through or wander in to make a quick order.

The lady at the window simply took my cash and gave me no time to show her my stars. She closed the window and a second later I had my phone up to scan my stars but she was gone. She even said I could call and get my stars that way but that is simply untrue. I very upset.

Ordered a tomato/ mozzarella on focaccia. There was a tiny slice of tomato rind, an unidentifiable green leaf and a t y blob of pesto. Charged $6.95. Total tip off.

Ordered a drink(grande matcha latte light ice) and lemon loafer Saturday, June 8 at 237pm. Didn't receive until 30 minutes later. My order came out wrong.Only apology I received was sorry about that. I just took and left because of the time.

I was reprimanded by the drive thru attendant for arriving 3 minutes after placing my mobile order (which said order would be ready in 4-8 minutes). I go to Starbucks (not this location) at least 4 times weekly, always placing a mobile order, and have never had an issue like this. Drive thru attendant said that they are instructed to let customers know they are too early for their order because it makes them run behind. Not sure what the difference would be if I had ordered at the drive thru vs mobile ordering but maybe working on your efficiency would help you with running behind. To top it off my order was not made correctly, one can only assume on purpose. Recently visited this location again, hoping to give a second chance, placing a mobile order except this time I went inside for my order, I had to wait 20 minutes for my order that was said to be done in 4-8 minutes. Do better.
