Tropical Smoothie Cafe

My first time here. Decided to try the chicken bacon ranch on a ciabatta. I recieved a chicken bacon ranch on a hamburger bun, that also had a tiny moldy spot. 😠 The CHILD at the register looked at me like I was dumb when I told her what the issue was and argued with me that it was a ciabatta and the spot of mold was flour 🤦‍♀️ false advertisement at its finest. I will not be back.

I’m usually not one to complain and I visit this location often but today’s experience wasn’t pleasing. I always usually order the Chia Oatmeal Pudding bowl but today, it had a weird taste which was unusual. If I could describe the taste, it was more of like a sour taste as in the fruit was going bad. I got half way through my bowl and I kept experiencing the same sour taste, eventually I noticed something curled up on a piece of granola. As I broke the little pieces up, I noticed they were curled up and looked almost as little worms. As I went through my bowl, I found more of these which I’ve never seen before and I know what comes in the bowl. Totally DISGUSTING! 🤢

Always come here for my morning smoothie the chia banana boost. Staff is friendly and is never afraid to adjust my order or my request. Shout out to Hunter who is always professional and always working.

Not a friendly environment, no customer service

I order here everyday in my app on my way to work. They got my order incorrect. I go in the next day to tell them about it and instead of making it right they- Hunter tells me- it only takes 5 seconds to call. Well, I didn’t realize it was wrong until I got to work and did not have time to call however as a place of business- just make it right.
I won’t spend another dime here.

I am a big fan of Tropical's Smoothie food and was very excited to visit the California location. Unfortunately, I was deeply disappointed by my experience.

The banana I was served was in unacceptable condition, which left me feeling offended and disillusioned. I had higher expectations for the quality of the products and attention to detail.

I sincerely hope the restaurant takes steps to improve the quality of their products and ensures a better experience for customers in the future.

Good smoothies. Short wait time.

I’ve never been to one before thought I’d try it out, but there is lettuce in my açaí bowl, feels very chaotic and careless. Would rather make smoothies at home.

i sat there and waited to get my order take. and they looked at me like i was crazy

I ordered an 8 dollar smoothie for my daughter waited 25 minutes while order was made

This place had all blenders going off

For about 20 mins straight

I watched this from the corner

Dash in came in
Normal patrons that had been waiting for food getting upset already

People came in after us ordered and left in that time

I finally brought this up to Alyssa maybe was the girls name
And this was once no blenders were running

I said to her
No drinks are being made currently
I pointed to a drink on the counter that had been sitting for same time with the name Owen on it

I explained someone took my daughters order by mistake and ask if she could make hers

She gave me a deer in headlights look and said
I called this name out

To which I pointed to drink on counter and stated right and someone took my daughter drink

To which she had deers in headlights look and then went to speak to manager for another few mins to explain which really just topped it off

Mmmm, there were gnats in my food, the service takes ridiculously long, and I have witness the managers being extremely rude to their employees. Don’t waste your time going there! 0 stars

There was 6 workers, no one would take our order. We ordered finally and a group of 3 people came in and ordered than they got there drinks before us. And the staff said if they didn’t like there drinks they would remake it. They were extremely slow and rude

I live right next to this Tropical Smoothie location and I go there all the time, I'd say 1-2 times a week. The servers have always been very friendly and efficient. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait when it's busy, but the food and smoothies are made fresh so I'm okay with that. My smoothies never seem like they're watered down, and I guess I'm just not picky if a sandwich is cut a little messy or a salad isn't arranged artfully; I''m going to eat it so it doesn't have to be perfect.
