The food is pretty good here for fast food and I love their frostys. But the inside seems to close too early. The prices are kind of high but at least food has become extremely expensive. The nuggets here are so tasty and they have healthy tasty salads.
Very hit or miss, especially when it comes to the manager on duty. A few are kind and always willing to great you and be respectful. There is one in particular that will just ruin your entire day, or night. Rude, angry, and really hates mobile orders.
It’s NYE and we went to Wendy’s to get something to eat. We had the BEST customer service we have ever experienced. The guy at the window was super professional and then after he took our order and cashed us out, we saw him over there helping bag orders as quickly as possible. He was working so hard. I worked fast food for seven years and I know a good employee when I see one. The name on our receipt says Victor, so I believe that is the employee who provided us with such...
