It took over 30 minutes for my order. I asked the cashier for an estimate of when my food would be done and she was rude and dismissive. During the half hour of my life spent waiting at this location, I watched over 20 orders being filled. When I was able to get the managers attention to ask about my order, she turned around to her 8 employees and yelled at them about skipping my order. If you are looking for a somewhere to waste half the day, this is your place. If you want a burger quickly, McDonald's is down the street.

It feels like every time I go here they mess my order up. Been here multiple times and I ask for a burger with no ketchup, and of course when I get my burger there is ketchup on it. Another problem is that a lot of the customers that come there cause problems with workers, are disruptive, and mean to other customers. Also, food tastes like it’s been left in the fridge for a month.

My usual go-to Wendys. Always get served amazing and delicious food.

Several notes I will add, service is pretty good BUT I asked for spicy nuggets and sometimes will recieve normal crispy nuggets, which isn't too bad but definitely not what I asked for.

Atmosphere is pretty nice and clean most of the time, although I do prefer the style back during the 2010-15s.

Overall, definitely not a terrible location. Would come back over and over again!

Came in for a simple order, when i got to the drink station they only had sodas available. They didn't even have water, i find it difficult to belive that they ran out of everything that wasn't soda. Also they can't count apparently cause i ordered a double and got a triple im not complaining though.

I think I made a mistake by going inside to order instead of waiting in the drive through. It took about 20 minutes for someone to take my order and there was only 1 person in front of me. All the employees were busy, presumably with the drive thru orders, while ignoring the customers waiting inside. Some people were waiting for their mobile order almost the entire time I was there with my family. Someone who was probably the manager seemed to be directing the employees like they were all untrained, telling them to apologize to customers, to actually look at the customers and take our orders. They seemed to have run out of a lot of food because multiple people were waiting inside for a long time. I decided only to order what I saw was ready to go for my kids and not order anything for myself because I didn't want to keep waiting. I think they need to take a half day or so to train all the employees.

No Cajun spicy chicken available although big lawn sign advertised it and also they “ran out” of sweet and sour sauce . Messed up my drink order but fixed it .

It can be an acceptable experience if you grocery shop first. Remember to bring your own ketchup, sauces, straws, napkins, ice, forks, knives, spoons, cleaning supplies, diapers for the whole family (cause you're on your own there) dipping sauces, tums, pepto bismol, patience, because the staff isn't paid for that. You will get about 60% of the items you order. So bring extra cash. Wendy does bite children, so bring bandages.

Asked for Pepper Jack on my Sandwich, got Charged. Got sandwich with no pepper jack cheese. They claimed they didn't have pepper jack when I noticed it wasn't on my sandwich. Yet their special sandwich comes with pepper jack cheese

Hated it!! The service is not whst it should be for a fast food restaurant ya'll can do a lot better besides trying to milk every customer for food that is below sub par!!

Wow I'm so disappointed the lady who was at the drive thru was so rude I did just a simple question and she answer so mad and rude I ask her why she talked to me like that and she just ignore me

This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been to in my entire life. There were no napkins. The drink machine was out of most of its drinks. The bathrooms were dirty and so were the tables. I guess that's what I get for pulling off of the highway on a road trip and stopping at a random wendy's in Maryland. It was also ungodly expensive in my opinion for a Wendy's, but once again see above comment about Maryland. I'm glad I will never wind up at this place ever again. If you've read thus far, thank you for reading this and may god have mercy on your soul if you wind up at this Wendy's.

Rude old lady at register barely speaks English and when you don’t understand she increases her voice also DO NOT order cold brew coffee it is not coffee that’s something else and NOT drinkable at all parking lot is a mess
