2/23/24. Went to the Arby's in Cambridge MD and ordered a 5 piece chicken strip meal. It was terrible! The chicken strips and the French fries were old and dried out! The chicken strips were so hard, my dogs wouldn't even eat them! They weren't busy so I guess I got what was cooked hours before I got there. God forbid they would cook fresh ones knowing they were cold and old! Won't be going there for food anymore!

What a pleasant experience! Hit the drive thru Saturday night, long dark haired girl was most polite, didn't catch her name. She took the orders, and served at the window. Food was hot and perfect!
Got the BLT sandwich. Bit into it and tasted nothing but sugar. First time last week I had this same sandwich and it was delicious from the same restaurant. Today my husband picked this up for me so we couldn’t take it back. We live in Hurlock. If they were out of the specific bacon they shouldn’t be adding straight sugar to the sandwich. Tasted awful.

Dining room was closed. Only drive thru was open. Waited in drive thru line for twenty minutes just to place my order. Waited another fifteen minutes to get to the order window. No condiments (horsey sauce or Any sauce) available. My family wanted roast beef, so I struggled through the wait or I would have gone elsewhere. I am a regular customer and usually have a very good experience here. Very disappointed tonight.

This place has really gone downhill since it was sold a few years ago. Employees have no sense of urgency. Most of them don't need to be in the service industry because of their attitudes. One girl was having a conversation on her cell phone while customers were waiting to take their order and get their order.

We always enjoy the sandwiches we get here. The sides are good too. It's hard to judge the atmosphere since we rarely eat in.
Dietary restrictions: The roast beef is certainly a better option for me with diabetes than most fast food restaurants.
