Amy was an absolute pleasure and the food slapped. The meatball pizza and the dessert slapped ever harder and The Rolling Stones rule! All jokes aside, this was one of the best restaurants that I’ve graced with the pleasure of my presence. For real, Amy was the best and I would to be happy to debate that with anyone.

Me and my wife thought we were going to just stop in for a quick drink and started slow with some of their boardwalk fries- way more that me wanted to do eat, but the garlic aioli was addicting! We decided to stay and had some of their gluten pizza, and a salad - both first class! And then the home made gelato to finish! The place was very friendly all the people a the bar were local and friendly! And Lucy serving those of us at the bar war the best!! We need to come back!

Amy was amazing! She was so friendly and guided us through an amazing meal. From the meatballs to the buffalo chicken salad to the pesto pasta and a pizza. Then we had cheesecake for dessert. Yum!!!! We will come back again when we are in town.

Everytime we visit Cambridge, MD. Ava's is our go-to for lunch or dinner. Located on the quiet and quaint main street, it is perfect to walk, bike, or drive. I love the Marguarita Pizza and my kids love everything. The service has been exceptional.

This was our first visit to Ava's. I can not say enough about our server, Amy. She recommended a wine that was very good. She also recommended a pizza with some unique toppings, and it did not disappoint.
The restaurant is decorated very nicely. The Gelato was excellent and maybe the best I have ever tried. The prices are very reasonable and they have some great happy hours specials. I highly recommend this restaurant.

10 stars! I am a deep dish obsessed Chicago native and I literally went to Ava's in Cambridge every day when we were there recently, I can no longer eat dairy cheese but their vegan cheese was awesome -- I got it super lite and they obliged. With mushrooms and spinach, once with artichoke. Is it tooooo much to ask y'all to open one in DC? Kensington? Closer to DC? I don't really see driving 2+ hours just for pizza. Please: Think it over!! 💜💜💜

We had a great dinner at this Italian spot! Our daughter absolutely cleaned her bowl of spaghetti and meatballs. My wife really enjoyed her spaghetti Bolognese, which leaned toward a rich, meaty tomato cream sauce. She only thought the pasta could've been closer to al dente. As for me, I devoured the meatball Detroit-style pizza. Crispy edges, loaded with flavor. I’d order it again in a heartbeat. Definitely a place we’ll be coming back to if in the area.
Oh, and we had to try the beignets. These fritters weren't as light and airy as I expected, but still a nice sweet treat after the meal.

This place use to be awesome. 3 bad visits to two different locations in a month. Both the Service and Food are nothing like it was. Pasta was mush, chicken was rubber and gristle. Pizza was floppy and soggy. Meatballs were best part of the meal. You can see what it use to be like compared not now. Night and day!!

Besides the outstanding service and relaxing atmosphere, I found the Detroit style pepperoni, pizza amazing. I’ve been all over the world and this is one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time and probably one of the best outside of Detroit.
