They always forget something. Not a big deal if you live in Cambridge but if you live in trappe?? You just drove 20 mins there, 20 mins home. See its messed up. Drive 20 mins back to store then 20 back home. You have now driven 1 hour and 20 mins for food that is now cold.
And we try to check the bag before leaving but they pack it in so full, urs easy to miss something. If it was my item I'd just say screw it, but its always one of the kids things of course and I cant let one kid get left out. Otherwise its burger 🍔 king 🤴 😋 Best fries 🍟

The young girl that charged me at the first window was so nice! Her name was a complicated one I think it was Ariel but, she had great hospitality and had a smile the entire time, awesome work!

The rudest employees. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with this location and the staff being very rude. I went in to pick up my mobile order and I picked up the wrong bag by accident and the one of the employees snatched the bag out of my hand. I then found out that she had my food sitting in the back and just never called my order. Another had to give me my order and apologize. My friends have also have had issues with this location and them being very rude.

I was charged for a bottle of water when u asked for a cup also told them no tomato im allergic on my wrap if I could add shred cheese I even asked if they could they out a slice on it and then told me they cant do shred cheese even tho they told me at the window its ok then argued about giving me refund for wrap I let the water go but I just wanted a cup manager at window slammed window in my face before I came inside to try and get refund
