Second location in a row, I place a mobile order according to my strict timings but I arrive at the restaurant to pick up my order. Stood there for five minutes…then a staff member asks me the name for my order….five minutes later she comes round again what’s the name for your order? Then she goes to check the machine and comes back saying it just got rung in….im pressed for time and now I have to wait another 15 minutes ish….what kind of time wasting none sense is this? Why waste my time unnecessarily? I could have easily just not come here if I knew my valuable time would just get wasted unnecessarily like this smh.

The CFA which I visited on yesterday was amazing. The location was in Cambridge, MD. The drive-thru was flowing pretty quickly, which I have not experienced in many places (C-F-A). I chose to eat inside, along with 2 others. We were all served and eating within six minutes. The dining area and restroom were clean and both were well stocked.

The staff and food were great! Fast friendly service and fresh hot food.
Visited on November 15th with my elderly mother. After a long drive and being exhausted finding a meal was a priority. While standing in line Katherine walked up and asked if she could take mom to her seat and get her situated.
Katherine sat with mom while I ordered and even took moms order and provided it too the cashier. She checked on us the entire visit and made sure we had everything we needed. I noticed she checked in with every table providing assurance.
This level of service is not often seen in any industry especially restaurants. In addition to the exceptional service, the food was very good and the order was correct.
I personally thank Katherine at the Cambridge store for going above and beyond. Caring

Stopped in for takeout on the way to Chincoteague - gotta love ordering ahead on the app! Food was ready when we got to the restaurant, so we were able to make a quick stop and get right back on the road.
