Visited on November 15th with my elderly mother. After a long drive and being exhausted finding a meal was a priority. While standing in line Katherine walked up and asked if she could take mom to her seat and get her situated.
Katherine sat with mom while I ordered and even took moms order and provided it too the cashier. She checked on us the entire visit and made sure we had everything we needed. I noticed she checked in with every table providing assurance.
This level of service is not often seen in any industry especially restaurants. In addition to the exceptional service, the food was very good and the order was correct.
I personally thank Katherine at the Cambridge store for going above and beyond. Caring

Stopped in for takeout on the way to Chincoteague - gotta love ordering ahead on the app! Food was ready when we got to the restaurant, so we were able to make a quick stop and get right back on the road.
This specific spot is stupid why the hell does it take more than 20 minutes for 3 cars in the drive thru this is the 3rd time like come on bro making me late for work I can’t even leave the drive thru if I wanted it’s blocked

Today was a good day until I took the first bite of my food. The same employee who delivered my food stole it right from my mouth. She brought my food out and left. She then came back to take it, saying that was the wrong order. She was not very nice and said it in an accusing tone as if I was the one who brought it out! She took it from my table, fry in my hand, as me and another customer stared at each other in confusion. Was it your pleasure to take my food from me? Sincerely Maddi H
