This location is ABSOLUTE trash. The cool wrap is so soggy I took one bite and can’t eat it. The literally just open a few hours ago. Got food at 10:45am, I always order the cool wrap from Easton so I could tell automatically it wasn’t made today. This is ATLEAST 2 days old. Never have I ever got a cool wrap and the wrap it’s self fall apart after taking one bite from being so soggy. They originally gave my husband the wrong order so again he had to go inside like he had to do the last time he went there. I door dashed from there and order nuggets and tenders for my kids and they forgot ALL of the sauces. How do you forget sauces when the order is ALL NUGGETS AND TENDERS! How hard is your job? Read the ticket, put correct items in bag, it’s not rocket science. Do not waste your time at this location. 3rd times a charm for me will never ever be returning. Hire proper employees and get rid of the trash you all got there.

Normally a long line but 2 drive-thru so line moves very quickly and a ton of employees working
Chicken sandwich was hard, like it was old. Normally we love it but this whole trip was bad. We did a pick up order, 20 min drive there, 20 min drive home so 40 mins driving total. Get home and we are missing French fries. Drive all the way back bc the kids wanted the fries, and no apology nothing. Just hands me 2 fries and walks away. Like watch your tapes, you shorted us but now your gonna be rude. I was super polite. Probably taking this off our list of go to places.

I’m done. It’s almost 80% of the time my order is wrong or items are missing. I shouldn’t have to sit there any longer to check my bag, I pay the money and you provide the food. It seems so simple yet so unattainable.

No better place to lock your keys in the car than the Chick-fil-A parking lot. Staff provided me with a great tow company who arrived before I could even finish my #2 Spicy Deluxe. All is well and Chick-fil-a even gave me a free cookie - best Chick-fil-a ever - which we all know is high praise - thank you Cambridge Chick-fil-a!
If your order a chicken tortilla soup or a southwest salad they never put the tortilla chips in. Frustrating when you live 20 minutes away and expect a correct order. If you try to check the bag they say it’s in the bag and rush you out the drive thru

I might be 34, but you can find me in the play area of this chick-fila. It’s like 90s Mcdonalds, but better. This is my new favorite location. The whole store is clean and immaculate. The food looked and tasted better than anything I’ve gotten from other locations. Never had a bad experience from Chick-Fila ever. I’m pretty blatantly queer, but I have never been treated differently by any of their employees.Kid-friendliness: Awesome little play area!
