I don't know how this place was when it first opened but it was terrible. The food had been sitting all day dried up. We couldn't even eat it. We had to leave there and go to another place to get food.

Update: This is the worst location I have ever been to and I moved around a lot with the military. The chipotle never has their ingredients ready so there’s always multiple things you can’t have. They will have some steak or cheese left and tell you that you can’t order it because it’s for online orders only. They refuse to restock stuff at dinner time because they are too busy. They might give you a couple pieces of meat, sometimes you will order meat and get none. Every once in a while you’ll come in and get what you actually order. It’s worth driving down the road to go to their Easton location.

The food is always old and shifts are stale. Things like the salsa are not fresh for diesel. There's one girl in there who wears like a dog collar who is the rudest person I've ever met. I understand places get busy people get short completely get it but she is just so rude I will never go in there again.

I’ve ordered food here three times now each time have had an issue from a wrong order/ ingredient being added or missing in a bowl. This time opted to have my order delivered to find it was Less then 1/3 filled. My bowl was mostly cheese which I love however would like the rice to at least cover the bottom of the bowl. Might be expecting a bit much I suppose. The chips however were salted and seasoned perfectly which seems to be this location’s specialty. Keep up the chip game! UTZ is on notice! If you want a real burrito Easton chipotle is only a ten minute drive away
Updated!! My hopes and chipotle dreams are still left unanswered (high standards… please give me what we order). Wife’s tacos with corn salsa and my light sour cream are at an inverse relationship. Bowl drowned in sour cream and the wife gets spicy tacos. (Red hot salsa) visit this location if you want what you don’t order. Chips are on point as ever. But seriously. Go to Easton if you actually want to eat what you order or just spend twice as long on the return trip….. unless you really like the chips. They are good.

Worst experience ever in chipotle… worst customer service and very poor food service…. Wish I could have negative star for survey!!!! Night shift exempt employees were the worse!
This was the worst location I’ve ever been to. Placed a mobile order, was stuck in drive thru line for 30 minutes after my scheduled pick up time and no one ever came to the window. So I went inside to pick it up instead and still waited another 15 minutes. When I received my food I noticed my extra steak burrito had no meat at all and instead was replaced with shredded cheese. Extremely dissatisfied and completely unacceptable especially for the price!!
