Everything about this location is just average & basic. The fries & burger don’t have that classic Dairy Queen taste that you come for…and they didn’t even have flamethrower sauce. 0 out of 5 stars

I was waited on immediately and love the ice cream. The burgers are good as well. The staff is always courteous and pleasant. Only to go orders, but space in the parking lot to sit in your vehicle and eat.

The blizzard was simply ice cream with a sprinkle of toppings on the very top part. After a couple of spoon fulls I was eating freezer burnt soft serve. Do not stop here, Keep on moving if you want a tasty sweet treat.

No chocolate ice cream. How does an ice cream place not have one of the most popular flavors? I’ve seen other reviews where they were out of certain items. Apparently this location is poorly managed if they don’t know how to keep items in stock.

Do not eat at this Dairy Queen! The woman working was extremely rude! I was attempting to prevent my one year old from running off while trying to order ice cream for my family of 5. She came to the window with an attitude and yelled I can’t hear you. I stepped closer to the window and she repeated with an attitude I can’t hear you. I stated that she didn’t need to be so rude. She rolled her eyes, walked away from the window and slammed the window shut on me. So I walked away without getting anything. I refuse to order from someone that’s in customer service and doesn’t understand how to treat a customer. The owner may want to take customer service into consideration when hiring their employees.

I went to Dq Friday to get a banana split they said they was out of bananas.While everyone look as though they was resting or leaning on the counter. I went there today and got a banana split asked for a receipt and the window was closed. While waiting on the food I ordered they brought a blizzard to the window I said that’s not what I ordered. Upon asking for a receipt again the girl act like she was irritated because I asked for a receipt. I then said thank you have a good day while the girl and the guy was at the window I was ignored then I said it again and the guy responded you too. This DQ customer service is really bad.

I love dairy queen, but my experience here was not good. The help acted like they did not want to take my order. When i ordered the milk shake i noticed they added no milk to it, just a quirt of sweetener and icecream. They handed it to me and i told them they forgot the milk, he then added a tiny bit of milk, because the cup was already full and reblended it. Nothing like the milkshakes I usually get from DQ. At this point I just took the shake and left. Also, this location does not take the DQ app.

The girls in there were very friendly and kind! The issue i had is they were walking around in coats??? DO THEY NOT PROVIDE THEIR EMPLOYEES HEAT!! They are freezing in there and something needs to be done about it!
