Manager at Annapolis Denny's was rude, showed favoritism to people of his race. Skipped me to the back when I was there 5 minutes before them. He wouldn't give me his name but got it anyway to make a formal complaint.

The food was ok (It's a Dennys). The wait-staff was friendly and outgoing. They all looked happy to be there and the service was quick and accurate. There was no wait and plenty of seating.

The hashbrowns were browned but the potatoes were not cooked at the way thru and were hard. The eggs and omelet were tasty. The bacon was overcooked and I didn't eat the pancakes because the server brought them to our table with them pushed up against her shirt!
Very disorganized and poorly run Dennys. Told customers they only had 2 cooks on the line on Labor Day weekend. Placed an online order at 11:40 that was not ready until 12:30, only to be missing some items and had to go back in. Told customers waiting to be seated that the wait is 30-45 minutes just to get food. Will not be returning to this particular location.

It is August 15, 2025. There was no AC in the restaurant, just portable fans. The restaurant was uncomfortable warm; cooler outside at 6 pm. When is asked an employee if their AC was out today, she said indicated that they have not had AC all summer long. There were not many patrons in the restaurant; there were four of us and another table of 2. We felt this was unusual for a franchise like Denny's. Corporate needs to get involved.
