It is August 15, 2025. There was no AC in the restaurant, just portable fans. The restaurant was uncomfortable warm; cooler outside at 6 pm. When is asked an employee if their AC was out today, she said indicated that they have not had AC all summer long. There were not many patrons in the restaurant; there were four of us and another table of 2. We felt this was unusual for a franchise like Denny's. Corporate needs to get involved.
The waitress greeted us and sat us at a table. She took our drink order and she came back and took our order. The food was really good. The waitress was really nice. The only problem was that the air conditioning was not working.
Normally I don’t leave reviews for places like Denny’s, but I just had an amazing experience. It was me and my friend and another group that had 15 people at 11pm and it was just the shift lead Alexis and the cook. I’ve legit never seen a person hustle more in their life to get things done especially considering how rude and demanding the other group was. She gave us as much attention as she could and was as nice as could be. I hope someone high up sees this because you...
