As I was passing through this town, I thought to myself, I wonder if there's a place around here that sells chimichangas—I haven’t had one in a long time. I found a restaurant, placed two orders to go, and my wife and I parked somewhere to eat.
At first glance, the food looked great—nice presentation and generous portions. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended. The chimichanga had a strange taste that I honestly can’t even describe. As someone who is Hispanic, I can say with confidence that whatever seasoning they used, it was completely off.
Even the refried beans and rice were disappointing—the flavors were just terrible. We couldn’t even finish our meals and ended up throwing them away. That’s $30 wasted.
I won’t be returning to this place if I’m ever in the area again. This is not how Mexican food should taste.

Don Chuy is the best place to have Mexican in Cambridge in my opinion the portion sizes are bigger and they're right on par with the rest of the prices in town

Don Chuy Mexican Taqueria - Cambridge MD. We arrived on a Saturday at 4:00 p.m. and found the atmosphere to be nice and clean. We ordered Margaritas and Chips and Salsa, and they were both good. It was a quick stop from the beach during a long drive home.

If you want real Mexican food this is it. The staff is quick and attentive. The makes are traditional Mexican fare. I like it hot but then can mild it down for you if that's your things.
