Recently on either 4/6 or 4/7 approx 11am of 2024 I entered the Cambridge MD. store to alert the day manager to the large 36" x 72" DD sign attached to their fencing had come loose and was about to be blown away due to the 25 mph winds and possibly hit a car in the drive thru or a person exiting the store. When I said "sir, sir" he blew me off with a sharp "what", obviously annoyed. I informed him of the issue and he suddenly walked away unconcerned. Maybe he had a bad day but in my opinion you should always be concerned with a safety issue.

They do not make the donuts in-house anymore. They are shipped in. The donuts are much smaller and under proofed. No one is happy working there. Extremely disappointed in selection. If you are not there first thing in the morning, choices are extremely limited. They are renovating so will see if there are improvements.Parking: Limited parking spaces. Depending on time of day. Very hard to find

The Bismarcks were amazing. We used the drive thru and it went efficiently. They are under construction right now so the atmosphere was questionable, but we went for the doughnuts!

Ordered online and apparently there was a glitch in the system. I told the girl(think her name was Alicia) at the drive thru that I didn't order a a particular item. She was very rude and had an attitude. Called this one girl who I think was in charge, think her name was Megan over and told her about the situation. Well she practically yelled when she was talking to me. So loud that several other workers came to window to see who I was. They were more worried about their drive thur numbers than making this right. One comment Alicia said "well our drive thur number good until this". Starbucks offer better customer service so that's where my business will go from now on.
