I went to Jersey Mike's after a very stressful length of driving. I didn't really know Cambridge that well, so the nerves got to me.

All of the employees were friendly, attentive, and respectful. I tipped them $4, but frankly the customer service was worth a lot more. And the sandwich I got (Mike's way ofc), hit the spot.

Your staff is always very polite and professional. Today they did something very sweet for me after the young man slicing the meats asked me what I had been doing today. I told him and the end result was a very nice thing to do for someone they don’t really know. Thank you. It certainly restores someone’s faith in humanity.

I’ve been eating at jersey mike’s for a while now in Salisbury and decided to try this new location out in Cambridge. Great customer service and the subs are amazing. Definitely worth the price. I will say if you have any issues with your food they are really good with fixing the issue.

I got number 13 jumbo and number 64 jumbo the biggest one you could get of each they cut the sub roll in half straight down from one end to the other when you go to eat the Italian everything slid all over the place. Had to end up eating it with a fork. Four handfuls of lettuce on there wasn’t impressed. How much meat was on there either now we go to the cheesesteak sub there may have been four strips of onion on the whole sub hardly any meat at all. I took pictures, no mushrooms, no green peppers and they didn’t even grill the roll the worst two subs I’ve ever had. I’m so sorry to say that I was so looking forward to a nice place in Cambridge there needs to be some training somewhere. Somebody needs to learn how to make a real sub. Go to Anthony’s on 33rd St. and Ocean City the only place I know to get a real sub un believable Cambridge. Is❗️❗️❗️
