I went inside this morning and didnt use the drive-thru this time. So after I placed my order the employee behind the counter disappeared. The when she came to me she acted like she didnt know what I wanted. Well my bag was right there. This was my first Visit after a bad experience with an OJ I ordered. Maybe there should be more training.

I am done getting black coffee when I order 3 creamer and 4 or 5 Splenda and getting black coffee this is 6 days out of 7 drive thru or inside. Starting today I am disputing every coffee purchased not correct. I am done! Spanish girl at drive thru only time coffee is correct. I had to start asking for more Splenda just to get one or two in coffee if u ask for extra they throw it at u ummm do your job correctly then we would ask. Staff way to confrontational to confront. I have switched from sugar to Splenda just trying to get something put in my coffee fed up general manager needs to get morning shift in check

I have cut back on eating fast food. But the double cheese burger is irresistible. Either way burger and fries great!! But I ordered a large Carmel ice coffee. Received a plain ice coffee no Carmel or sweetener. I didn’t have time to go back and besides they were extremely busy.
