Well, tonight I went and the young lady in the drive through put my order wrong, asked for 4 piece kids meal and got 4 piece chicken tender meal, one was $3.?? And the other was $6.30, so end up spending $3 more than I had budgeted for. I went on kept it since I had left. So always check your receipt. ?4-13-24Mcdonalds been back open a few weeks after a major make over, I haven't been inside but what I can see, it really looks nice and the drive through cashier side had some changes, look like for the better for better service.So, I guess I'll make my way in and check things out, and when I do, I'll let you know. ?

Order a classic Burger pack through doordash and clicked no ketchup (showing on receipt) my order was delivered with ketchup on the burgers. McDonald's if I could you would get zero Stars(Brittany the dasher was excellent tho)

Worst customer service ever. I asked what else was on the menu that you can't see because the menu is not showing everything inside. I wanted to know the $1 $2 $3 menu was there any food on it and she wanted to proceed to sit there and try to tell me something that was on there but I wanted to be able to see it. Because she had already became rude when I asked about it. These employees run these places like they own them. Those employees do not own McDonald's. They work their and they are not supposed to be rude to the customers. She should have started off with the menu doesn't flip for some reason it's stuck and you know it doesn't work properly or something. But instead she became rude so I wasn't going to listen to her tell me what I could get and then as I was leaving when other gentlemen decided to stick in acting like he owned the place. And I'm pretty sure that guy didn't own the place. Customer relations is not very good at this place. And if you have a menu That's not working properly maybe you should just start off with that. But instead you started off with an attitude because you think you are busy you had one person at the drive-through at that point. And they all piled in on me. 3 on 1 McDonald's family sticking up for each other when they were all three wrong. I just wanted to know what was on the menu that I couldn't see. And by the way there's another restaurant in town and they give out fancy hats

The newly remodeled McDonalds just opened and I always stop here on the way to and from school but not after this visit. You can no longer get your own sodas, napkins, and any sauce. Seating has been cut in half so dine in is barely an option because the few tables they do have are absolutely huge. My food did not taste right at all and they also did not give me any napkins and when I asked they just said “they’re in the bag” as I’m inside eating with no napkins. The Ketchup did not taste right at all and I threw them all away. It appeared that upper management was here today but this McDonalds has the name, but feels and looks nothing like a mcdoamlds inside.

Food was great but the employees on nighttime (at least) are absolutely awful. First I ordered a two cheese burger meal and they said we don’t have cheeseburgers. But then they said I could order a quarter pounder??? That doesn’t even make sense. But then I asked for a 6 pc nugget and they said we don’t have 6 pc nuggets we only have 10 pcs????? Like HOW DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE AT ALL. Then as I went to say thank you I had the window unpleasantly slammed in my face after having my food jammed into my car window. And then I went back around the drivethrough and ordered another LG fry and they looked me up and down and said “what’s up bro you good? Is there a problem??”
