Let me tell you about my experience. After we sit down, we wait 15 minutes for someone to ask us what we want to drink. As we wait for the drinks to arrive, a Karen next to us is complaining to a server that she can’t get a table and that there is “no order” involving who gets a table first. The server tells her to just wait for a free table, so she stands off to the side stalking everyone else eating. At about the same time, a guy by himself snags a table with 9 chairs....
We stayed at this hotel last night for my birthday. Let me start by saying the hotel is beautiful and not a detail is spared. The staff were so friendly and upgraded our room because it was my birthday. We got a suite, which was breathless. We stayed at the bar most of the night. The bartenders were wonderful. I didn’t get her name but she is from Russia if I remember correctly. Great service. We will be back!!
The property had poor customer service from the check in process. Asked if there were any rooms available for upgrade and receptionist who was the manger did not even acknowledge t request. Asked if both rooms could be close and was told they will not accommodate the request since it was not in the original reservation. Came to breakfast for the early bird and did not get the discount. Waitress was rude and explained had to be done before 8:30 for any discounts. Stayed at many...
