This place is WAY out of the way in a remote very rural part of Dorchester County, MD. But don't let that fool you. This grill has wonderful food and a nice atmosphere for country dining! The staff are friendly and helpful. They slice their own fries and the burgers are large! I did not have any idea what this place would be like before ariving, but I was pleasantly surprized!! Highly recommend this place!!!

A must stop if you're heading down Hudson way!! Old school grill with a country setting that fits the area perfectly!! Jacob is a great cook and even better person, he always looks out for the parcel delievry drivers!! NDG never lets ya down!!

We’ve been staying locally for the last two weeks and we’ve used the Neck District Grill every day that it’s open for breakfast/brunch and for evening meals. The food is excellent and perfectly cooked by the owner, Jacob. Jacob’s friendly and cheerful service is a great example of the importance of using a family owned diner and not just heading to a chain restaurant. It’s no exaggeration to say that Jacob and the Neck District Diner have helped us have a fantastic US holiday in Cambridge, MD.

Had a delicious turkey dinner and a pork chop dinner there on a recent Saturday. There was enough food for two meals, which we indeed did eat leftovers at home another day. The service was very kind and the chef sweet and accommodating. We will definitely be back very soon. Would love to try breakfast, too.
