Beneath the neon glow of a sign that reads "Pizzeria Rosita," a culinary revolution quietly brews in the remains of what once was a fortress of mediocrity—yes, I'm talking about the previous tenant, Papa John's. It's here, in this reclaimed space, where Pizzeria Rosita has not just set up shop but has firmly established itself as the beacon of flavor and innovation our town so desperately needed. They've done the impossible: they've made us forget the doughy despair of our past pizza experiences. For this transformation alone, Pizzeria Rosita deserves a standing ovation and, without question, a gleaming five-star review. Now, let's talk about their pièce de résistance: the pizza rellena. If you're scratching your head wondering if "rellena" isn't something you'd find more often in a Mexican cuisine context, you're not alone. Yet, Rosita's takes this concept and runs with it, folding traditional Italian craftsmanship with a wink and a nudge towards the unexpected. The result? A stuffed pizza that not only crosses cultural boundaries but does so with a flair that's both cheeky and utterly delicious. It's like discovering that your Italian uncle has been secretly perfecting his taco recipe all these years—surprising, but delightfully so.Now, onto the elephant in the room—or rather, the elephant that's vacated the room, leaving behind a space for something infinitely better. Where once stood a bastion of blandness (yes, Papa John's, I'm looking at you), Pizzeria Rosita has bravely stepped in. It's as if they looked at the leftover cardboard boxes (which some might argue had more flavor than the pizza previously sold here) and said, "Fear not, for we shall bring taste and joy back to this forsaken land." And bring it back, they did. With each slice of their pizza rellena, they don't just fill their crusts with mouth-watering ingredients; they fill the void left by Papa John's with hope, joy, and an abundance of flavor. In essence, Pizzeria Rosita isn't just a place where you can enjoy a delicious pizza; it's a symbol of culinary redemption. It's a testament to the idea that no space is too haunted by the ghosts of pizzas past to be reborn into something magnificent. As for their pizza rellena, it stands as a delicious beacon of innovation, a stuffed crust revelation that boldly declares, "Yes, we can fill this pizza with wonders, just as we've filled this former pizza parlor with new life."So, here's to Pizzeria Rosita: may their pizzas continue to be as stuffed with creativity and flavor as their establishment is with satisfied customers. And may we, the pizza-loving public, continue to be pleasantly surprised by their culinary adventures. Five stars aren't just deserved; they're earned, one stuffed slice at a time.

First and last time had to keep re.Aasking for items like some plates to eat, and the pizza was so greasy and soggy. We couldn't hold it.I mentioned to the guy. He's like oh just use a spatula, that'll be OK.And I'm just like no but the kids can't eat it.It's falling apart all over the place. Best to just go to Somewhere

My husband and I love getting our pizza from here. The NY cheese pizza is delicious! Their wings are also amazing! They are so crispy! We love their cheese steak! It is definitely worth getting with fried onions added.
