New to the area. A few people recommend that I try this place. its not a lot options in the area YET. But the food was average. I had a side salad( Ioved the house salad dressing) and I have the combo(crab balls, crab dip, crab skins). The crab skins was my least favorite and it was taken off my bill. The customer service wasn't great. The restaurant wasn't even packed. A supervisor serve me but seemed to be busy in a not busy restaurant.Hopefully, the customer service and food presentation and food quality will continue to improve in time. Especially when more business is coming to the area.

Great dinner experience; good beer and mixed drinks; raw oysters were fresh and big; rockfish bites were unique and delicious; main courses of fish tacos (one cod, one blackened tuna) were generous and delicious. All with good service! We are fans!

Stepping into Portside evokes a sense of local charm and history, with its vintage wooden decor welcoming guests up the stairs and past the inviting bar to their tables. It's a place that seems perfect for mingling with locals over drinks. During our visit for dinner with a large party, our waitress provided excellent service. However, the food arrived cold, likely because they tried to serve everything at once instead of staggering the plates. Personally, I prefer staggered plates to ensure the food stays warm. Despite this, I must commend our waitress for accommodating our group so well.

They were super busy during Oyster fest.Still made it very easy to order and enjoys some good food. The Lady at the front of the place asked me how everything was even with all the chaos. Very fun place and atmosphere.

Great spot for very casual dining. Menu is really good and the service is excellent. Not fine dining but they're not trying for that. Fish bites are tasty, oyster stew is fabulous. A great go to spot in Cambridge.

Kelly was an awesome waitress !! Had the fish and chips with homemade potato chips. They were epic.Blueberry cobbler cheesecake was fantastic and tasted homemade. Hubby got clam strip basket with French fries and he really enjoyed it. People just in the bar were very friendly so a great atmosphere.We were looking for a favorite spot and think we've found it. If we hadn't been treated so badly at the restaurant a couple of streets over, may not have gone here.
