Worse customer service experience I ever had on the eastern shore! Not friendly at all! Hate to pull this card but the racism, sarcastic nasty smart response and attitudes took everything in me to remain professional! It’s time people realize we live in a new decade where people of COLOR as well as young adults are very successful, have businesses and money as well! So to be a waitress that can’t even give respect or good customer service on a to go order is absurd ….. I would never give this establishment any of my money! I pray who ever the blonde hair shoulder length curled hair is find peace and learn to fix her attitude when working with the community and public.I wanted to try the crab imperial but did not want the sides since they use pork in their vegetables …. Portside where I usually go was close so why not try something new! After talking through the order on the phone I was perfectly fine paying for just the imperial…… but why when I picked it up it literally look like a scoop of crab meat in a small container for $20 …. When trying to simply communicate I was being cut off, rude towards and was told just to go back to portsideI simply was trying to express the fact I was excited to try a new restaurant & try to apologize for the miscommunication of what I thought I was getting but honey that staff didn’t want to hear it… $30 can get you wayyyyy more food worth your money else where cause the picture is what they made me pay $20 for!! Hire nicer, more helpful, staff!!! Practice more patience!! And treating others how you would want to be treated! But then again this is Cambridge Md.

This location is discreetly hidden under the sign of an insurance office, but when you track it down you may enjoy the visit. We had no complaints about anything, which is greater praise than it might at first appear.

I didn’t care for the food that much, and was surprised at the cost. Most seafood was “market priced”, and the standard crab cake sandwich (which I’d guess was 4-5 ounces), was $24. If the food was better quality, I would not have minded the cost. Also, their website says Kids Eat Free on Thursdays, although they don’t do that anymore the waitress said. Being a family with two kids, that was a main reason we went there. We won’t be back.

We went to RIVER VIEW for 'calf' liver and onions w/gravy. Not sure it was actually 'calf' liver - it tasted old and was tough, definitely over cooked. I ordered a Bloody Mary - no bartender - waitress made it - HORRIBLE! Charged me $10 for a nasty drink - tasted like watered down tomato juice and very little alcohol. We are local... we have eaten here before. There seafood is okay. This may be our last visit for a long time! Their chocolate cake dessert was dry with very little flavor - I'm guessing it was old. My sig other had cream of crab soup appetizer - it was good.

The service was great and staff sweet, but the food was not good. I ordered salmon, priced as if it was fresh. But upon arrival it was clear that it was a prefrozen slab that was tough and overcooked. The crab pretzel appetizer had minimal crabmeat in it. The Mac n cheese has no flavor or seasoning. The crab cake is not lump meat and was not that good. The high prices did not match the quality whatsoever.

Very nice and friendly staff. Quick service. The food was overall good. I liked the chicken salad sandwich and chicken pasta. The cream crab soup was too salty to me.

The food was very good tasted made from scratch. I had the Reuben sandwich which was filled with an inch and a half of lean and delicious corned beef, and my husband had the regular size crab cake which he said was very good. The service was great, cheerful and quick enough for a non-fast food place. Prices were reasonable. I think it's going to be a waypoint we remember for next time we go to Ocean City. Also, the bathrooms were small, but clean. Okay

The place for lump crab cakes....if there was filler we couldn't tell due to the freshness, size and tastiness!. Oh and don't forget to save room for the homemade pies and cakes....

We were excited to try this place with all the good reviews. My husband ordered the chicken alfredo and ate the bread on top. When he got to the actual dish it tasted like fish and he didn't eat it. They didn't take it off of our bill either. He was sick that night after eating a couple bites of it. Disapointed in the food and the service. :(

Stopped by for lunch and for the jumbo lump crab cake sandwich. It was delicious! Staff friendly. Food came out quickly too. The deserts looked good but we couldn’t fit more in.

This was our first experience with soft shell crabs, and it didn't disappoint. The server was great and filled us in on how to est them and what to put on them. We loved every bite!

Quick stop for lunch. Crab balls were good but expensive. Potato soup was delicious, but could have been a little bit hotter. The two different slices of cake were exceptional. Lemon and tuxedo chocolate. We'll be back when we travel that way again.

This portion of clams strips was a starter we received at this restaurant. I asked politely about the portion size. The waitress let us know that this was the correct portion. Four pieces were eaten before this photo. I spoke to the manager, who agreed; six of us heard her confess that their business upcharges on small portions and that she agreed it wouldn't feed many people as an appetizer. I explained and showed her that if one were to take the lettuce away, I slid the strips over to show her how small of a portion it was; I also stated that I could literally fit all my clam strips in one of the plastic cups they gave us with tartar sauce/ cocktail sauce. She completely agreed. She let us know that the owner was in the back also cooking and that she would personally take it back and see what they would do. Thinking we were at a resolution, the manager instead came back and let us know that the owner stated there was more on the plate than that when they sent it out and that we were going to pay for it. Reading between, they were saying I was lying about it. In reality, they saw the portion of their quantity as it actually was (how it was presented and looked to us); it was just slid over the strips to show the waitress how small the portion was, and when she took it back, that's what they saw! If one were to pick up those pieces and sort them around the lettuce it was EXACTLY the portion given. So, they saw their own BS on a plate and made the customer (literally) pay for it! My chicken was dry. Two sad pieces and two sides for $17.95. I mean really! The sides tasted better than the main meal. See the photo of the receipt to show you they also add in gratuity for the tip. We are locals and know what the portions should consist of and what it should taste like. They are looking at dimes vs dollars. Now we aren't coming back because of their behavior. Should've just fixed the portion and make your customer happy instead of suggesting we lied about something you actually did- stole your customer's hard-earned money! Shame on you!
