On 01.07.2026 at about 5pm we ordered two cups of Hot Chocolate. The lady gave us those cups and the lids both smelled horrible with perfume!! She used it on her hands, I guess. Not good.

9 times out of 10 they have one barista making drinks and usually they have no idea what they’re doing. It usually takes 15 minutes and my drink tastes different every single time.

Bathrooms were disgusting. Trash cans were overflowing. Service was slow with 2 people in the lobby and maybe a car in the drive-thru.

Spare yourself the aggravation . Drive the 25 miles or so and go to Salisbury. The employees are ignorant and drinks suck. You’re getting what they want to give you, nothing close to your order.

I Simply asked about the popular Bear cup & the Lady that worked their snapped & got smart ;saying Noo ,Noo we don't have it ! She was getting smart . I don't kno if she was having a bad day or wat. Talked to the manager..he said The bear can be offensive..idk wat that means..if your simply asking. But the whole energy of the place was off ..if you don't like your Job ..you need to work in the back .or not work at all is my answer.

This Starbucks has been disappointing compared to others. I’ve had multiple incorrect orders, and recently I was even overcharged—now I have to call corporate to get it resolved. I was embarrassed bringing a guest who also had a poor experience. With the area growing, I hope management improves customer service so this location can meet the Starbucks standard. Luckily RISE UP is near by.

In the drive-through window, I ordered three drinks and was handed each one individually. I was not Offered a drink carrier. My $7 hot drink did not have a sleeve or a stopper. I was then given five food items, all individually wrapped with a crumpled handful of napkins. I asked if they were out of bags and the response was no they are not out of bags.

Not sure if this unique to this part of Maryland, but they didn't start making my mobile order until i asked about it (which was after 1 waited for it for 5 minutes). I have noticed this same process at other Starbuck's in the peninsula area of Maryland .. somewhat annoying. And after having to wait, my chai latte was slightly bitter.

Worst customer services, the big girl locked the door calming the were under staffed meanwhile it 5 employees working and she was rude on the 06/22/2025

Worst service of any Starbucks in the area - staff is rude and has no sense of urgency. I waited forever for anyone to even try to take my order and ended up walking out. Do yourself a favor and go up the street to Rise Up instead
