Not sure if this unique to this part of Maryland, but they didn't start making my mobile order until i asked about it (which was after 1 waited for it for 5 minutes). I have noticed this same process at other Starbuck's in the peninsula area of Maryland .. somewhat annoying. And after having to wait, my chai latte was slightly bitter.

Worst customer services, the big girl locked the door calming the were under staffed meanwhile it 5 employees working and she was rude on the 06/22/2025

Worst service of any Starbucks in the area - staff is rude and has no sense of urgency. I waited forever for anyone to even try to take my order and ended up walking out. Do yourself a favor and go up the street to Rise Up instead

I go to this starbucks every morning usually an ok experience. I will no longer be going to this starbucks, the staff is beyond rude. As a paying customer who always tips there is no reason for the disrespect from the employees. This morning i went through the drive thru as usual. No hello how are you nothing just simply what can i get ya? i started to order and was cut off “ok ok i got it i got everything” pure attitude and ignorance. I didn’t even go up to the window to receive my order because i will not be giving my business to a place that treats their customers like that. If i could rate this a zero star i would.

The staff use to have the best customer service. The other day there was no hello or anything. Took my card, gave me my drink, shut the window....the staff use to be a 8 out of 10 now it's a 4.

Heard some thing about this Starbucks recently that line up with the reviews. But today when I went to order a latte, I forgot to say iced. Didn’t notice until I got my drink (hot). Nobody bothered to ask, just assumed I wanted hot.

got mad when i asked them to remake my drink because they didn't put oat milk (i can't have dairy) in it like i had ordered & were super nasty about it. also just poured it out of the cup & put it back in, so i honestly don't know what i even got. very unprofessional
