Not sure if this unique to this part of Maryland, but they didn't start making my mobile order until i asked about it (which was after 1 waited for it for 5 minutes). I have noticed this same process at other Starbuck's in the peninsula area of Maryland .. somewhat annoying. And after having to wait, my chai latte was slightly bitter.

This exact location probably had the friendliest Starbucks employee I've encountered. He was an absolute Rockstar at the drive-thru ordering my drink and receiving my drink. I would almost come back to this location just to have a friendly encounter with him again in a super friend way.

I love this place. I have had great experience all the time except once, hence 4 not 5 stars. They are patient and always smiling. Great vibes and they work to make my drinks (starbucks snobby bit** lol- just being honest). I had made them make a drink again few times and every time they were like ok, no issues.
