I was there with my son, and ordered a wrap for him first, and the man immediately turned away and started making it without asking "anything else", which you normally hear, especially considering there are two people coming at lunch time. Anyway, I waited, and after he made the wrap, I told him that we also need a dipper, and he seemed upset but again started making it without asking "anything else". After that, I said I need a tuna sub for me, and he became angry and yelled at me, saying "the orders need to be placed together, not one by one, which is very confusing". Excuse me?? Did I get a chance? Finally I grabbed a bag of chips and showed him, and paid. But then after seeing I gave the chips to my son, he questioned me "how many chips" with an angry, cold face and a suspicious tone. Horrible service..

Absolutely horrendous customer service. I get there and worker hadn't started on the mobile order yet and then makes us wait still as we stand there while he is organizing chips. Then I ask to for some of the toppings to be left off and he starts to yell at me saying the app says otherwise and it was hard to understand the worker as his English was heavily accented and broken. The food was fine but the service was horrible.

I waited 5 minutes for some one to come out from the back to help me. A dude came out and told me I have to wait another five minutes before he can come out and help me. I just left and told him never mind as he was fairly rude demanding I wait five more minutes rather then at LEAST ask me if I could kindly wait five more minutes, I probably would have had no issue. I understand they have other jobs to do in the back but customers come first at ANY establishment.

Guy working was very rude. I only asked for 3 toppings & didnt even want cheese but because I wanted some extra of two toppings of the only 3 I got he huffed, told me I can have some but he’s not giving me all of it and complained to me about how expensive things are now. Bad attitude.

Where's the meat?!? I ordered via Doordash, and had the same problem before. Sandwich soggy from wet vegetables and sauce, but meat is nonexistent. The picture I uploaded is what's supposed to be chicken teriyaki sub. Lots of vegetables, not a scrap of meat.

The gentleman working today was very rude. I bought two subs and three bags of chips and gave a 15% tip then I asked for 3 cups so I could get water and he would not do it. We just wanted water instead of the sugary drinks and he refused to give us cups for the water, therefore, we took the subs home to eat them instead of eating them at the table. Today is July 22, 2023 and I do not recommend eating here.

made my sub super fast, and was in and out once he started making my sub.when i arrived he was eating his lunch, was alone so asked to finish his sub, then come make mine.. no biggie, i’ll wait, i know how it is sometimes lol.however, he seemed quite annoyed that i was there & didn’t seem happy to serve me what’s so ever. otherwise great experience.
The guy is always working here. He makes the best subs. Very gracious. Good food...always! Eat Flesh is the motto??? Only on beef and turkey , cold cuts.

Not as good as it was before and everything is double the price. I used to buy a 6inch sub for 4$ now it's almost 8$ like deym.
I just left without purchasing anything. All the food and glass counters are COVERED in gnats. Gross ?

I asked a young man for a plastic bowl. Then the manager get up and becomes hostile for his employee being nice to me by giving me the bowl. I offered to buy something so the employee would not get into trouble. But the manger was super rude to me and then yelled at his employee. I have seen the manger use company equipment to warm up meal for Walmart employees. But I kinda ask for a bowl, and I was even willing to buy a protein bowl. Then I am the bad guy. I feel super sorry for the employee who works for a really rude boss.
I like this shop. It's never to busy for good kind service. There's 1 little guy working every time I visit. But he does a great job.
