Currently being ignored repeatedly and sent to voicemail trying to contact the store. Horrible customer service
while traveling 3yo granddaughter and i stopped at your Cambridge location and watched your drive through girl play on her phone, 2ladies in back prep food while 3ppl ate in restaurant and idk where other workers went. but after watching ppl eat and leave with absolutely zero assistance we went through drive-thru, told the girl we had been inside but no one would help us. still not even able to say sorry. I guess putting her phone down and covering her gut was just too much for her. at the window could she be polite curious anything..... nope to much of a bother to do her job .... the kids meal was missing nuggets and a toy but hey she got 2 fries and a drink so guess we should be thankful. lmao tried calling from parking lot but wow 12calls all ignored as you waited on 1 customer inside .... sooooooo here ya go if I could give ZERO stars I absolutely would. yall are rude and lazy

Their taco salad no longer has tacos nor sour cream toppings. Very poor.
The first time we ordered this Wendy's through Doordash most of our order was wrong, but we weren't super bothered by it because accidents happen and they may have been busy and misread the ticket.
However today when we ordered them off of Doordash again and everything seemed fine until someone accidentally ate moldy apples. That's completely not okay and honestly would be surprised if we ever go back.

This Wendy’s literally rocked my world.
I don’t usually get fast food, but when I do I tend to go to Wendy’s for some spicy nuggs. My experience tonight was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a Wendy’s I had to write a review. The staff was SO kind and the food was DIVINE!
Working in food service, I know it can get tuff to be nice to customers all night especially when so many people are rude and non understanding/forgiving, but the positive attitude really changes the experience for customers like me.
For the team working tonight (8/14/2024 @like 9:30), I hope y’all know your hard work and positive vibes do not go unnoticed!! I hope for nothing but good things for y’all <3
If they make y’all wait for your food, please be patient with them because they are about to bless you with the most heavenly food you’ve ever placed in your mouth!!! My nuggs tonight we’re the best ones I’ve ever had, so crunchy and fresh, my fries too!

The cashier at the drive thru today, 8/7 around 9am, was rude and shouldn’t have a job there. No greeting, non helpful, didn’t even say anything when she gave us the food and shut the window. We ordered 2 hot coffees and she didn’t even bother to mention they didn’t have any creamer. And then we asked for milk, and she said she couldn’t give that to us because they’re in bottles and they “pay for that”. We asked to just buy one. Terrible customer service, no concept of what it means to do the job. No wonder there was no one else in line and the inside of the restaurant was deserted. From reading the other reviews, this place should get shut down immediately due to food safety concerns, so now I don’t even want to eat the food I ordered.

Went thru the drive thru in the morning. The person on the speaker seemed incoherent. I ordered croissants with sausage egg and cheese. When I got to the window, the person was VERY IRRITATED, and acted like she hated my guts, just because there was a misunderstanding over my name for the pickup. So, when I received my food, I drove to the parking lot to eat one of the sandwiches. There were so many eggshells in the sandwich that I could not eat it. It was a sausage and eggshell sandwich. These workers had the worse attitude, like they did not want to be there. One was on her phone texting during business hours. They need to get a better, caring staff in there. We all have problems, but you need to leave them home when you go to work. I tried calling them about the sandwich, no one would pick up the phone, so I put in an online complaint, have not heard from them as of yet. I called corporate, was on the line 30 minutes waiting to talk to someone, could not wait any longer. We are not going back to Wendys. My husband had cancer and we have a lot of other problems, but I do not treat people badly because of it. Not going back to the Cambridge Wendys.

it was gross in there, sticky floors, no open bathrooms, tables/seats looked like they have never been cleaned, trash and bugs everywhere, even the trash cans were overflowing. it’s giving health concern. My flip flop came off cause of how sticky the floors were.
I don’t even leave reviews. This was my 2nd one ever.
Unfortunately it was Horrible Customer Service.
Flies Everywhere. The girls are screaming out cuss words while there are children here. No Napkins. I work for the health department and usually don’t have this issue with Wendy’s.
