I ordered chicken and was given pork instead. I do not eat pork whatsoever and they refused to exchange my bowl for the mishap due to the cashier not giving me a receipt

I can't. This location ruined Chipotle for me. ALWAYS out of ingredients, beans undercooked, rice undercooked. Lines are too long. New management is necessary as soon as possible. However, I would try another location.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle. The service was bad — the staff didn’t seem attentive or friendly. The food was also not good; my burrito bowl was poorly made, with ingredients thrown together carelessly. The overall performance and effort in making the food was sloppy, and it definitely didn’t feel worth the price. I usually enjoy Chipotle, but this location really let me down.

Man I usually don’t complain or write reviews but when I do that means I am usually fed up! I don’t know if this is just because the quality of the food is base off the location or what I have door dash my food from almost all the fast food places that I like and quality of food just wasn’t it or my food will come cold I mean literally every single time. Today 5/17 I order chipotle from the app I don’t know why I expected anything less I got a steak bowl with extra sour cream and all the normal toppings I get in my bowl. My food get delivered to my home I open the bag and the bowl why there was only a dab of sour cream and not only that my food was cold at that once again!!! can’t wait to go back to the suburban part of MD because this is not it at all! especially how much food cost now these days you want to be stingy on giving me extra sour cream why have the app for it if you not going to grant the customer there order!

I was here last night and witnessed a manager assault a few underage customers. A literal brawl in the lobby of children and other guests. Unacceptable! I do feel the managers could have deescalated the situation instead of enticing it. Food and trash everywhere. This location just needs to close. The staff and service is horrible!

Definitely better than it has been. Atmosphere received lower because thr lobby needed cleaning and the speaking of other languages while serving customers who spoke English was ina appropriate. Good things weren't being said. I actually understand Spanish ans wasn't pleased.

Chips too salted

This was my favorite location because I work in the mall the flavor was always pleasant and made to my liking. Seems to be a whole new staff who doesn’t understand English therefore making the interaction a little awkward. My bowl was made incorrectly because the worker didn’t understand what I meant when I said sour cream on the side. Not sure I’ll be a frequent customer anymore. I settled for my bowl being made incorrectly only to find it was flavorless.

This is the worst chipotle in Iverson mall, the the costumer service so bad, they are so rude,and they got attitude. If I could give 0 stars I will give it.

I DON'T LIKE CHIPOTLE CHARGING 10 cents for a bag, but don't ask you if you need/want a bag! Chikfila goes it, too! Does anyone have a justified answer?
