I believe I had the worst Chipotle brown rice bowl ever yesterday. The chicken tasted like it was almost two days old, and the rice was startlingly crispy every other bite. I wonder what the policy or process is for reserving food.

I didn't read the reviews before I went in , but after I Crunched on some of this brown Rice I had to read the reviews, And they are correct this place Should just close down corporate is wasting money here. If all the reviews have been talking about the rights the first thing the manager should do is make sure the rights is on point but that hasn't happened.

Food is always well spiced! Right down to the chips. There is also never an extremely long queue. Easily accessible from the main parking lot and very helpful. This is the best chipotle I've found in this area.

Soo cut a long story short, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! HOW BAD IT IS? YOU WOULD NEED ANGER MANAGEMENT BEFORE,,,,,LAWD! It's 11:50 the restaurant is still closed one female employee out front flirting while 2 workers are sitting around in the store said they'll open when the feel like it somebody from corporate needs to visit this store shut it down hire ppl who actually wanna work something this is the 4th time this has happened at this location

This Chipotle has the rudest employees and I came to buy, not ask for a gift. When I arrived there was nobody at the counter I had to wait. When there was an employee who approached me and asked if he could help me, he ignored me, he was wiping with a dirty cloth in the middle of the food they serve. Customer service is horrible at this place. I ask him about the bathroom and he sends me to the mall bathroom when they have a bathroom. After days I ate.I have health problem's( diarrhea , nausea)
