Staff is very nice and listen to your order which is great. And my coffee is never messed up however reason for a 4 is their drive through. It's very hard to drive in and as you'll notice from the curve alot of cars bit it and the side going out.

The service has definitely improved, my respects to you who seek to satisfy the needs of your customers every day, the other day I visited you and there was indeed a bilingual operator girl "Thank you for that." But I ordered my favorite coffee to take away (Medium hot Cappuccino French Vanilla) and it turned out that it was practically pure water, I want to think that the person who made it still doesn't know how to make it; because this was the first time.
