Gave me the wrong order because they didn’t have what I wanted, when they could have just canceled the order.

I used to like going to this store until today. The manager or person that was working didn’t speak English well. We asked to change the drink we purchased because it didn’t taste right, but it seemed like he couldn’t comprehend. One of the ice creams we purchased fell out of the cone as soon as my son took one bite. We asked to change it out and the man gave him the same ice creams back in a cup. That was not sanitary. He wanted to charge us for a new ice cream for $7. We had spent $25. I offered to purchase the new ice cream and when he gave us the cone the 2nd scoop looked like it was going to fall off again. We asked for a cup to keep that from happening and he started saying that they were near closing time and tried to charge me again for a cup! I was so frustrated that we just left and pulled out of the driveway. Worse experience!!!

I went with my family of 6 to get ice cream around 8:30 pm and we walked in and no one was there until 15 mins later. 3 employees walked from the back and they simply looked annoyed and told me “what do you want”. I’ve always preferred this BR, but not anymore. Terrible service ??

Rude and gave me wrong flavor milkshake. Acted like they didn't want to make it over. I had to ask for a straw and the manager acted like I had said something wrong. I won't be going back there.

Went to this one and waited a while to get served at the ice cream counter, with 3 people behind it. After a while I asked am I in the correct spot to order. A worker replied "what do you want?"this not how you greet any customer. I did mention this to him and proceeded with my order. Once I paid, my receipt was balled up and was told to get it off the counter instead of him handing it to me. Please improve on tone, proper greetings, and customer service.

I was rather confused. I went in and purchased a 3 scooped ice-cream. I had to purchase another scooped to get enough in the cup. Another customer ordered a 3 scooped and the cup was filled. I asked why. They used the children scooped for my cup but used the bigger scooped for the next customer. Being confused I asked why. His justification makes no sense. Customers just be aware that they have small scooped and larger scooped. These scooped depends in the server. Do not go here. Literally you are throwing money away for a bad service and little or no ice-cream

Milk shake tasted like straight cream. I bought a dozen donuts but when I got home I noticed that they were smushed or consumed like really old. It was terrible

This used to be my favorite place to purchase ice cream until...about 3 weeks ago. I bought a gallon of cookies & cream ice cream from the freezer. I got home and noticed that it was light. I opened it and half of it was gone. I rushed back to the store and the manager simply said do you want another one. "Absolutely not Sir! I want my money back". I told them they should move the freezer, check the camera to see if it was an employee, and start putting a plastic seal over the ice cream. I'm going to go back to see if they have made changes but I'll never purchase from here again!

September 22 7:50pm they closed the door. I watched staff inside purposely ignored the door. I eventually went to the drive-through and asked why the door was locked someone said we had a long day that was pretty disrespectful to have people waiting outside while they glance at the door and purposely ignored
