This place was so understaffed that they stopped seating customers for about 4 hours. Some customers went and bought food from other places to watch the game.

Today is 10/13/24, 2:00 pm...I placed an order online at 10:58 this morning for a 12:30 pickup -& the Manager has appeared from the kitchen on three separate occasions:

I arrived at the restaurant at 12:50 pm.
There was no one at the takeout desk for more than 10min upon my arrival; I was advised by another customer that the individual was in the back bagging orders; when the worker emerged from the kitchen, she had no bags in hand and advised that the 'kitchen' was preparing orders.

After an additional 10 minutes, I asked for th Manager.
Approx: 1:10 the Manager advised that my order was at the front carryout for pickup

Approx: 1:30 I was advised that my order would be ready in 10 min

Approx 1:50, the Manager appeared from the kitchen again and advised that there were multiple orders and they were doing the best that they could-- Yet, multiple other orders were prepared that were submitted by other patrons after my order.

It is now 2:06 pm and I have been here since 5 minutes to one-- while I have requested that the Manager come and speak with us, she still has not returned.

I will write a letter to corporate and anybody else willing to listen as I believe my money should be refunded.

You do not treat customers this way for 50 wings and six chicken wraps for $130

Management, please return my funds.

The key to this type of situation is to resolve issues first. Do not be dismissive of the customer; once the issue has been stated and it is clear that there is an error on behalf of the establishment, do not simply tell the customer just anything to get rid of them;---resolve the issue.

While extenuating circumstances may arise at anytime, why not treat the customer with some courtesy and at least try to expeditiously complete their order. Do not require the customer to remain an hour for items which should have been made available more than an hour prior.

Furthermore, I feel that I should be able to support and conduct business with establishments close to my neighborhood; I should not be made to feel that I should order from another location due to lacking Management and obviously poor customer service.

Whether this is a franchise or private owned entity, Buffalo Wild wings should be quite concerned with this type of deplorable customer service being rendered under their Brand.

Lastly, when the order is already late, why not ensure everything ordered is being delivered --NONE of the side items were provided (SMH)

was there last night, service was absolutely abysmal. waitress never brought most of our food and still tried to charge us, didn’t even apologize when we corrected her. ignored us and was so rude all night. the food was cold and just SHOCKED at the disrespectful attitude from the staff. never going back

I wish I could upload the video I just took , today I ordered 20 salt and vinger wings I requested all flats, I was told they can do up to 15 flats and I was fine with that, I came picked up my food and where I went wrong is that I didn’t check to see if they did what I asked, so I got all the way home just to realize I had to go back. I called the restaurant about 7 times NO ANSWER finally I get back to the restaurant and they fix my order I was good to go…. I get all the way home again just to see what looks like a chicken that has been bites and refried IM LIVID now I’m call the restaurant again and still can not get an answer !!!! Now I’m stuck with food that I can’t take back because I don’t have my car at the moment anymore !!! I will continue calling until someone explain to me why is it a chicken that’s been bitten in my box …. I guess someone sent food back and they reused it that is so nasty I don’t know what this person has and now my food is contaminated , waste of money!

This was a horrible visit the entire restaurant was empty (of staff) they were alllll in the back of the restaurant while customers stood around for 20 mins plus… and hour before closing they were turning ppl away and my order was wrong after waiting for so long..very disappointed

Gave me appetizers with no SW ranch and bone in wings instead of boneless. It's okay if you ran out but let me know. The chicken is hard, dry. and old. They refuse to answer the phone at this location, heard it ringing repeatedly. The carry area has a weird smell to it, please try changing out the mop water. I simply went because of the nostalgia factor, this used to be a quality restaurant chain. If I could give this place Buffalo 0 stars I would.

Waitress had a terrible attitude the entire time from when we sat down to when we left. We addressed the male manager and he did absolutely nothing about it. Won’t be back and don’t recommend you to go.

I recently visited this location and was extremely disappointed by the experience. The wait time was unacceptably long, and there was no one at the front desk to address the long line of waiting customers. The lack of customer service was frustrating, prompting me to leave and enjoy food elsewhere. It is my hope they will improve their attention to customer service as it will enhance the customer’s overall experience.

There is no reason 10 people should be here waiting 20 plus mins for to go orders that we're already called in.To an empty restaurant with half the staff standing around on their cell phones this is crazy work.This place need negative star rating.I canceled my order and left this is crazy work.Throw the whole building away staff included.& please don't ask me to fill out anything,because yall have said that under every negative post and clearly nothing changes.Thank you BWW for continuing to make service in PG county look bad

It was good when it first opened, but over time, it just went downhill. Today is the last day I’m going to this establishment. The staff was rude and acted as if I wasn’t there, was walked by multiple times. The food was placed online, but when I got there, it wasn’t ready at said time. When food finally came out of the kitchen, it was cold! How could food be cold right out the kitchen?! Didn’t receive everything, and the food was horrible.

If I could give the place zero stars I would. The service here is non existent because they don’t have the staff to run the place. You seat yourself and order the food yourself which in turn you don’t get attention from staff until your food is delivered to you. I was there on Wednesday in the evening and the website to order the food was not working we told a lady that walked past that I guess was acting like waitress that we couldn’t order she told us ok. But never came back to our table. She walked around and served and talked to other guest. We ended up leaving without ordering or talking to any other staff there. On top of that it was a bad odor that was in the restaurant and did not smell like food. This location should be closed permanently. If you don’t have the staff to serve customers you shouldn’t be open. The only way you get attention is if your sitting at the bar other than that you get lazy, lack luster employees who don’t care or don’t know how to do their job. Their probably only open because of the bar and drinks. Another P.G county establishment with bad service and management.
