Everything was good EXCEPT we had a party of 5 and out food all came out at different times at least 20-30 minutes apart,that was a deal breaker for us.

Myself and guests arrived to the Capitol Heights, Maryland location on 11/6/2025. We were seated at the tables near the bar. We arrived at 9:30pm. At 10:03pm I walked over to the bar area to ask to speak with a manger. I was told by an employee that the manager was not available. The employee then asked what was my issue. I explained that my table sat for over 30 minutes and had not received service. I also stated that I watched the young lady with the head wrap on go behind the bar and make a drink for a gentleman who had walked in long after us. I walked back over to my table and let my party know what transpired between myself and the staff. The time was then 10:11pm and no one has come over to the table. I stopped one of the employees that I am familiar with from previous visits to this location. Jasmine is very kind and was very helpful with having the manager come over to the table. Rob comes over and he offers a generic apology. I did explain to him all of the occurrences that transpired during this visit. I asked him the name of the server with the head wrap that serviced the gentleman that came in after myself and my guests. Rob stated that her name was Katrina (not sure if it is spelled correctly). Rob then took the order of my table. He personally brought over the order. I did let him know that I was going to reach out to corporate about the issue. I believe there should be better training and less of an attitude from the staff. I hope that you can playback video recordings if your store has them. Rob did come over to ask if everything was okay. I then proceeded to share with him that as a consumer we are the ones that help keep the overhead goals met. Rob stated that he had to put out a lot of fires on the evening. It was definitely poor experience. I requested the information of the GM from Rob. Rob stated that he could not provide me with that information but then offered me a dessert. I will seek to find the information of the GM to share my complaint. After a nice nasty back and forth conversation between myself and Rob he then provided me with a business card of the GM. I frequent the Sterling/Dulles BWW and I have never encountered any issues whatsoever. Rob as a store manager should be retrained. It seems that Rob is fearful of the staff as I watched his interactions with the employees.

I’ve come to this place multiple times in the last month and a half—- and the service gets worse each time. The host stand NEVER has anyone standing there! Today, we waited two minutes for someone to even acknowledge us. The entire staff was in the kitchen (waitresses and bartender included), but we were seated eventually by Thraj, and she took our order. We waited NINETEEN MINUTES for our appetizers (the pretzels came out burnt to a crisp)… and one of our orders came out with the appetizers. With the order that came out, a HANDFUL of fries was the side. The manager came out to ask if we found everything okay, and I immediately told him about the fries (he said they were weighed). He took the pretzels back and brought out more fries. We then waited FIFTEEN minutes for the other two orders to come out. The waitress was confronted by the manager to ask where our food was (before the food came out), to which the waitress said to him that it was HIS kitchen, he had to fix the issue. If this location wasn’t the closest to our house, we would never come here again. The staff needs to be removed and the team needs to be re-built. The service is TEERIBLE!!!!!

First, let me say the female that sat my husband and I, she gave him a menu dropped it in front of him on the table and dismiss me. Nothing for me!! We ordered our food I asked for plastic utensils. Was told they’re out of stock! So anybody ordering Carryout or delivery? I hope you’re home with your own Forks. So I, Asked for a hot cup of water for the regular utensils. My waitress brought out a hot cup of water in the most dirtiest cup. I’ve ever seen anywhere. It had lip marks on it and fingerprints it was just disgusting..🤢 So of course, I asked for the manager. Roger came over 15 minutes later after I watched him on his phone walk around and go outside.! He came over with no help. I told him everything is going on basically call me a liar so that really pisses my husband off. So I saw another manager I try to talk to him when I asked for the other manager’s name he would not tell me. So I guess they forgot they have name tags. His name was Henry you can find him. He’s the one who’s walk around with crocs on. They are turned up in the front by a size 20.. He was no help either.. Oh, did I forgot to tell you guys a bug flew in my Husband shirt from the booth we were setting at. This place is horrible. They had a lady on her laptop sitting by the entrance with the volume turned all the way up. I really recommend the health point go there. This is a really sad place so disappointing would never go back. I’m sorry if they lose their jobs, but that place needs to be shut down.

We stood at the front desk for 15 minutes and we were never greeted. They ignored our presence. Finally my grandmother asked a passing waitress if it was self seating. The waitress said “NO!” and walked away. One walked to the desk and we thought we’d finally be spoken to…. She wouldn’t even look at us and walked away. A waste. Ended up going to the Olive Garden across the street and received amazing service

Music was a little loud but the food was total excellence! Probably the best BWW I've eaten and I travel the United States for work! Staff was friendly and pleasant! After asking, they did turn down music so we had a very pleasant experience!

I got the all you can eat option when we got there lovelee was our sever it took about 30 minutes to take our drink orders and food everything came wrong from our order and also got our food trown to the table asked for more soda as they said free reffils and we just got a small cup of soda im sorry but if you don’t like to work at least treat people with respect also when i paid “with card” i never got my receipt back so I could sign it so hopefully I don’t get overcharged im willing to speak with manager but worst service i ever had

I’ve been here at the counter for over 10 min to pick up my order. It’s not super busy, I’m counting 5 tables being served, however not one employee has acknowledged me nor spoken to me. Additionally, my order should have been ready 15 min ago. They have walked to the takeout desk multiple times, but no one speaks or even asks how can I help you, nothing. They avoid eye contact and keep walking. Just went up to the door to the kitchen and girl just said they’ll bring it out. I said my pickup time was 15 min ago, no apology, no reason. Just brushed off. I don’t mind waiting, but at least acknowledge me. A little customer service would go along way. My order was just brought out with 5 other orders 20 min late. Fries are cold, no dip that I ordered. Going back in, let’s see how this goes. Just asked for the rest of my dip, I don’t even feel like waiting for them to re do the fries. First time here but def not a great experience.

This place was so understaffed that they stopped seating customers for about 4 hours. Some customers went and bought food from other places to watch the game.

Today is 10/13/24, 2:00 pm...I placed an order online at 10:58 this morning for a 12:30 pickup -& the Manager has appeared from the kitchen on three separate occasions:

I arrived at the restaurant at 12:50 pm.
There was no one at the takeout desk for more than 10min upon my arrival; I was advised by another customer that the individual was in the back bagging orders; when the worker emerged from the kitchen, she had no bags in hand and advised that the 'kitchen' was preparing orders.

After an additional 10 minutes, I asked for th Manager.
Approx: 1:10 the Manager advised that my order was at the front carryout for pickup

Approx: 1:30 I was advised that my order would be ready in 10 min

Approx 1:50, the Manager appeared from the kitchen again and advised that there were multiple orders and they were doing the best that they could-- Yet, multiple other orders were prepared that were submitted by other patrons after my order.

It is now 2:06 pm and I have been here since 5 minutes to one-- while I have requested that the Manager come and speak with us, she still has not returned.

I will write a letter to corporate and anybody else willing to listen as I believe my money should be refunded.

You do not treat customers this way for 50 wings and six chicken wraps for $130

Management, please return my funds.

The key to this type of situation is to resolve issues first. Do not be dismissive of the customer; once the issue has been stated and it is clear that there is an error on behalf of the establishment, do not simply tell the customer just anything to get rid of them;---resolve the issue.

While extenuating circumstances may arise at anytime, why not treat the customer with some courtesy and at least try to expeditiously complete their order. Do not require the customer to remain an hour for items which should have been made available more than an hour prior.

Furthermore, I feel that I should be able to support and conduct business with establishments close to my neighborhood; I should not be made to feel that I should order from another location due to lacking Management and obviously poor customer service.

Whether this is a franchise or private owned entity, Buffalo Wild wings should be quite concerned with this type of deplorable customer service being rendered under their Brand.

Lastly, when the order is already late, why not ensure everything ordered is being delivered --NONE of the side items were provided (SMH)

was there last night, service was absolutely abysmal. waitress never brought most of our food and still tried to charge us, didn’t even apologize when we corrected her. ignored us and was so rude all night. the food was cold and just SHOCKED at the disrespectful attitude from the staff. never going back
