Not bad for a holiday night out! Honestly, we (all single) were looking for a low key place capable of watching several games all at once. Surprisingly, it wasn't very busy at all. Even though it was a holiday night which typically gets a lot of date night traffic, the restaurant opted to only have 2 Servers working for some reason. In spite of being told that there would be a 15 min wait because of the low number of staff available to work; we opted to eat at the bar. I must say that all things considering they actually did very well with service. I hope that they have more staff for busier nights though. I'd definitely come back.

This place is always short staffed which makes the service poor and longer waits.There is one waitress and one bartender. This location sucks really bad. Where is management?
if you’re picking up a doordash order here, be prepared to wait 20-30 minutes. they’re so slow. y’all need to do better.

Ordered takeout and the website mentioned a time it might be ready. I got there 15 minutes after the ready time and my food wasn’t ready. While I’m waiting I see the guy that is supposed to be working the host desk walking around eating a chicken sandwich and drinking soda! Literally chumping on the sandwich with his nasty mouth all open! It was disgusting! He was totally useless, not doing a damn thing just eating.
Meanwhile my food is still not ready. I ask about it and they mention they only have 1 cook and I totally understood that so I was fine with waiting but when I got my food after waiting an hour the food was lukewarm!! How did it take an hour and it’s not hot?! What a joke this nasty place is.

Ms. Gail is the ONLY great thing about this location. Everything else is HORRIBLE for the overall national brand at this location.
First time at this location it was horrible, from waiting over 30 mins for drinks to come from bar when it was not packed and less then maybe 20 people in the whole establishment. Drinks finally came and my margarita was 40% full in a half glass like I’m sure in the pictures it’s advertised to the rim why was it so low like someone drunk half of it, then it was filled of ice like entirely to full. Food took even longer to come out ordered samplers and they came out missing the sauces for the whole thing on all 3. We asked they brought one small cup of sauce of each to share for 3 separate samplers like what! They all suppose to have their own what is going on here. My wife food was missing and came out after another 30 mins or so after and it wasn’t even cooked they gave her raw vegetable for the cheesesteak this was a terrible experience. So it to be slow there you would expect better service. I give it Zero Stars

Omg the experience was awful. My wife and I had to wait 30 minutes for our food. The food was trash. The portions totally sucked. I should have ate at home. Noone came to our table to check on us. We had to wait another 30 minutes for the check. I went here one time before and things were just as bad. I thought today that I would give them another chance. I was very wrong in my thinking. I will never go to this location ever again. For those reading this review stay away from this place. You have been warned.

this place needs way better customer service nobody asked if we want sit and they say u wait 15 min and in realityyour waiting 30 min just to sit a family of 4 ppl and its not even clean they need better managementand better people there dont eat here it is disgusting

This whole brand is 2-star. Every location visited it's the same -- poorly prepared and made food, lack of essentials (e.g. french fries on 12/26 although Sam's Club is across the street. Thus mgr doesn't manage situations (well)), and poor service (e.g. 1 server although we scheduled a large party ahead.) SAME ISSUES AT EVERY LOCATION! THIS IS AN OBVIOUS TRAINING ISSUE.

I was visiting the area and saw that this location was listed as open until 12:00 AM, so I placed an online order at 11:00 PM. After submitting the order, I received a confirmation stating it would not be ready until 11:00 AM the following morning — a full 12 hours later.
I attempted to call the store multiple times to confirm or resolve the issue, but no one answered. To make matters worse, there was no way to cancel the order.
This is extremely frustrating and misleading. If the kitchen closes earlier than the posted hours, online ordering should be disabled accordingly. Customers should not be allowed to place late-night orders only to find out afterward that the food won’t be prepared until the next day, with no communication or resolution options.
This needs to be addressed, as it reflects poorly on both store management and the company as a whole.
Everything was good EXCEPT we had a party of 5 and out food all came out at different times at least 20-30 minutes apart,that was a deal breaker for us.

Myself and guests arrived to the Capitol Heights, Maryland location on 11/6/2025. We were seated at the tables near the bar. We arrived at 9:30pm. At 10:03pm I walked over to the bar area to ask to speak with a manger. I was told by an employee that the manager was not available. The employee then asked what was my issue. I explained that my table sat for over 30 minutes and had not received service. I also stated that I watched the young lady with the head wrap on go behind the bar and make a drink for a gentleman who had walked in long after us. I walked back over to my table and let my party know what transpired between myself and the staff. The time was then 10:11pm and no one has come over to the table. I stopped one of the employees that I am familiar with from previous visits to this location. Jasmine is very kind and was very helpful with having the manager come over to the table. Rob comes over and he offers a generic apology. I did explain to him all of the occurrences that transpired during this visit. I asked him the name of the server with the head wrap that serviced the gentleman that came in after myself and my guests. Rob stated that her name was Katrina (not sure if it is spelled correctly). Rob then took the order of my table. He personally brought over the order. I did let him know that I was going to reach out to corporate about the issue. I believe there should be better training and less of an attitude from the staff. I hope that you can playback video recordings if your store has them. Rob did come over to ask if everything was okay. I then proceeded to share with him that as a consumer we are the ones that help keep the overhead goals met. Rob stated that he had to put out a lot of fires on the evening. It was definitely poor experience. I requested the information of the GM from Rob. Rob stated that he could not provide me with that information but then offered me a dessert. I will seek to find the information of the GM to share my complaint. After a nice nasty back and forth conversation between myself and Rob he then provided me with a business card of the GM. I frequent the Sterling/Dulles BWW and I have never encountered any issues whatsoever. Rob as a store manager should be retrained. It seems that Rob is fearful of the staff as I watched his interactions with the employees.
