Ordered from Door dash twice today and the order was incorrect both times despite communicating with the staff at Carolina Kitchen. The staff today lacked attention to detail and when I had to drive up in person there still seemed to be some confusion about what I was picking up after I called 19 mins prior to arriving to make sure the food was still there. Perhaps other locations operate differently.

1 star because yall know yall dead wrong charging people $45 on doordash for them boney short ribs when they was just $28 a few months back ... so that mean I would paying $60+ for 1 entree and 2 sides plus service fee and delivery fee ... yall should take it off the doordash menu cause thats crazy and just pissed me off cause thats what I wanted and can't afford anymore

Plenty of options available and food is always amazing. Yes, prices have increased but what restaurant or business hasn’t. Our people unfortunately complain about everything and champion nothing. It’s annoying. Anyhow, I had a great time per usual! Going to the Lanham location soon!

The Food is good but that potato salad taste like YT people made it no flavor there Just sweetness. Should used more eggs, onions, sweet relish, mustard, and miracle whip to make it Pop just needs a little bit of sugar. 🤷🏾♂️👀 😂

3 pieces of fried chicken is 25.00 ! They’re refreshing the chicken with precooked greased in the skin dry in the middle old fried chicken. I came here wanting fresh fried chicken.. that chicken was possibly fried a day before !! Not even close to fresh or hot ! 🤮. I kept smelling the greens they didn’t smell fresh and they taste bad.. . And the potato salad tastes like sugar ! They fell off! I would ride to this one because I knew it would be fresh ! But looks like they’re under new management and cutting way too many corners. I want my money back shame ! I’m not stopping by for a while. Hope you all get it together
