Hey chick fil a I have a question, I just left there I purchased 2 southwestern salads and to my disappointment I had 2 packs of avocado ranch one per salad, I always received 2 packs in the past per salad, has that changed? I’m doubting it’ll be enough. I still have 5 stars, the salads look so beautiful and fresh. Going forward I’ll check my bag before leaving because I need 2 per container. Thanks for your great service.

I have never had such a horrible experience at a chicfila establishment until yesterday. I was yelled at by an employee and refused my ordered that I ordered on the app that I original ordered through curb side and never received so had to come inside after waiting in the car for a very long time seeing others in curbside go in to get there orders because no one else was receiving there orders. The line inside was not long or busy (hinting the establishment was not busy inside) when I asked for my order stated omy ordered curbside and have been waiting for a very long time she stated they just waiting for my drinks. I waited extra 10-15 minutes for drinks and when I send my drinks I asked if the employee can hand them to me when the employee YELLED AT ME REFUSING TO LET ANOTHER EMPLOYEE hand me my drinks, causing a scene inside the restaurant, I repeated I have been waiting a very long time and those are my drinks instead of giving them to me she continues telling me no, going back and forth and I had to ask if someone else can hand me my drinks. She made me looks like I was some angry black lady when they were unprofessional and disrespectful never have I been mistreated like that before in a establishment if they didn’t make me already 30 minutes to my appointment I wouldn’t taken more time to talk to a manager for the lady that then handed my drinks even greeted me like I was the problem when I respected told her thank you and have a good when day. I am a highly educated black women of God I do not deserve that kind of treatment and I do not treat people that way I do not plan to come back here.

I was told they are under new management and let me say I miss the old one already. Yesterday I went and there was one 1 person inside ahead of me. It still took 20 minutes to get my food. Today I go and they say they no longer mix drinks. Alante who said he took over yesterday (I just had the mix drink yesterday too) said they can no longer do that anymore. I come to this location allllll the time. Sometimes more than once in a day bc I have children as well. I will go out of my way to go to another location where they hand me my mixed lemonade and sprite w a smile ;). Then they have the absolute slowest people on the tablets taking orders. They have one person going fast and another person working at the speed of their first day. It’s beyond frustrating seeing one line constantly moving and you get the slow person. I hate this location omg.

This location is clean, the customer service is phenomenal and the prices are very reasonable. Of the food is good too.

This Chick-fil-A location is excellent! Service was some of the fastest I’ve experienced at any Chick-fil-A without sacrificing excellent customer service! Jaden was absolutely fantastic and an amazing model employee! His smile lights up the room and he truly makes it feel like he’s happy to serve you! If you’re looking for a great Chick-fil-A location with some of the best employees and customer service, you cannot go wrong with this location!

I placed a catering order for a party to be picked up by 5:45 pm. THE ORDER WASN'T READY UNTIL 7pm. They had several hours to prepare for the order. No discount for the inconvenience. And come to find out, the excuse the manger gave is “we don’t get notified for catering orders. We have to check an email. “ SO FROM THE TIME I PLACED THE ORDER, FOR 7 HOURS, YOU HAVEN’T CHECKED YOUR EMAIL? There has to be a better regimen in place to handle catering orders. We spent over $400 for the catering order and all we received was a bunch of attitude from the staff and a manager giving us a few coupons for a chicken sandwich at the same location. KEITH SINGLETARY, AFTER THE EXPERIENCE WE HAD WE DON’T EVER WANT TO GO BACK.
