I went to the Chipotle @ 9141 ALAKING CT, Capitol Heights MD on Septemeber 3, 2025 for lunch. I order the Sofritas bowl and always request very little rice, a few beans, tomatoes, corn and lettuce, so I never have a huge bowl. On this particular day, the Sofritas was EXTREMELY SPICY, I tried to eat it but stopped because I just was not enjoying the meal. I went to the counter to ask for something else since my food was Spicier than I like. Gloria Bonilla just looked at me and walked back and forth a few minutes and then went to get Leonel Garcia. I explained my issue to him and he said you ate half the food I can't do anything for you. I told him I only had a few bites, my bowl was very small because I requested it be made with a little of everything, he said there was nothing he could do. I initially only wanted to get something else, because I was suffering trying to eat that spicy food. I only wanted a refund after such rude service from Leonel Garcia and Gloria Bonilla. Mr..Garcia said we dont make the Sofritas here, it comes packaged. That still does not mean it was not too spicy. I requested a refund and he still refused. I have spent plenty of money in this particular Chipotle. I will never step foot in that place again. Where has the customer service gone. How can you take my hard earned money and refuse to correct an issue I had with my food. No exchange and no refund! Stay away for this particular Chipotle! 9141 Ala King CT, Capitol Heights MD 20743

Yeah no...1st impressions are lasting ones. This place was only open a cpl weeks maybe and my first time in I didn't trust my food, threw it away before I took one bite and went to my go to Chipotle. Staff seemed like they didn't have a care in the world and barely knew what they were doing. But it was the cleanliness and or lack thereof that got me. They have a drive through for pick ups only and it looked like a tornado came through there. Sorry, but FAIL!

Me and my brother tried to go to falvor hive but the line was ridiculous. So we came here instead. To our surprise it was a good choice they hooked us up. They stacked our bowls like a mountain ⛰️. We will be back 💯

When people order a salads on door dash make sure the two dressings are in the bag. Don’t forget it really blows the customer couldn’t even eat my dry salad I paid for went into the trash

Improvement is needed in all areas ( service, food and atmosphere) to earn more stars. Food was ok, but few drink options. When I selected lemonade, I got water. Not happy. Will not return to this location.

I just left this chipotle and I am thoroughly disgusted with the level of service that I received. I went to order a quesadilla, and the young man working the start of the line picked up a previously made quesadilla that he grabbed from underneath a basket, and proceeded to go and heat it up as if I was going to take something that they made prior to as my order! I asked him if that was an old quesadilla that he was just heating up, and he said “yes.” He then asked me, “do you want a fresh one?” That’s absolutely unacceptable that I have to tell you to make me a fresh order. Additionally, while this was happening, there were three other female staff that were laughing and chattering amongst themselves. It’s as if they just assumed that I would just settle for a premade quesadilla, that I have no idea how long that was sitting out. That is absolutely unsanitary, and it needs to be looked into if this is something that they do on the regular. It’s truly ridiculous that you could treat any customer like that, serving them old food. That absolutely needs to be looked into!

The server was horrible. I ordered a salad and he started with 1 pinch of salad mix and a half spoon of rice which I immediately mentioned to him. the chicken is where i got upset. The portion sizes were not what they should be, nor did he follow directions well. My issue resulted in me having a very serious conversation with the manager to have my food made correctly. My pics show the food that was originally made and the food I got after speaking with the manager.
The fact that y'all just gave my online order to someone else that was not my Uber eats driver is beyond me! Then to refuse to make another to give to him...smh Then to make matters worse we can't get thru to the store staff via phone?! What kind of bs food service are y'all running? Never again.

There is far too much cross-contamination at this location, especially for a VEGAN. The employees do not understand proper communication or food safety protocols. I have brought this issue to their attention multiple times, yet nothing has changed. I used to visit once or twice a week, but after my experience last week, I will not be returning. This needs to be addressed immediately
