Nobody understands English hard to correspond with employees the person making my food left to take a phone call. They couldn't manage to get the order correct

Improvement is needed in all areas ( service, food and atmosphere) to earn more stars. Food was ok, but few drink options. When I selected lemonade, I got water. Not happy. Will not return to this location.

I just left this chipotle and I am thoroughly disgusted with the level of service that I received. I went to order a quesadilla, and the young man working the start of the line picked up a previously made quesadilla that he grabbed from underneath a basket, and proceeded to go and heat it up as if I was going to take something that they made prior to as my order! I asked him if that was an old quesadilla that he was just heating up, and he said “yes.” He then asked me, “do you want a fresh one?” That’s absolutely unacceptable that I have to tell you to make me a fresh order. Additionally, while this was happening, there were three other female staff that were laughing and chattering amongst themselves. It’s as if they just assumed that I would just settle for a premade quesadilla, that I have no idea how long that was sitting out. That is absolutely unsanitary, and it needs to be looked into if this is something that they do on the regular. It’s truly ridiculous that you could treat any customer like that, serving them old food. That absolutely needs to be looked into!

The server was horrible. I ordered a salad and he started with 1 pinch of salad mix and a half spoon of rice which I immediately mentioned to him. the chicken is where i got upset. The portion sizes were not what they should be, nor did he follow directions well. My issue resulted in me having a very serious conversation with the manager to have my food made correctly. My pics show the food that was originally made and the food I got after speaking with the manager.

The fact that y'all just gave my online order to someone else that was not my Uber eats driver is beyond me! Then to refuse to make another to give to him...smh Then to make matters worse we can't get thru to the store staff via phone?! What kind of bs food service are y'all running? Never again.

There is far too much cross-contamination at this location, especially for a VEGAN. The employees do not understand proper communication or food safety protocols. I have brought this issue to their attention multiple times, yet nothing has changed. I used to visit once or twice a week, but after my experience last week, I will not be returning. This needs to be addressed immediately

BEWARE TERRIBLE STAFF EXPERIENCE!!! I order my burrito, and while going down the line, I request sour cream. No sour cream is added. I am asked if I want anything else, I say, red salsa. Red salsa is then put on my burrito, then sour cream. I say I asked for sour cream first for a reason. The worker says nothing and slides my burrito aggressively and walks off of the line, and walks to the back. Another lady comes to complete my order. As I'm about to pay I request a manager. This manager can barely speak English. I am now expressing my experience and how I feel disrespected as a customer in a customer service establishment. He tries to justify them working all day, which I understand, so have I, which is why after a long day of work, I am disappointed that I was disrespected by a Chipole employee while attempting to purchase dinner I also feel helpless when I am unable to get a situation rectified by a manager of Chipotle because he can not understand me, especially after I was blatantly disrespected by one of his staff. At this point, this is my last resource to rectify the situation due to no other manager or higher up being available at the time of this incident. Overall, I'm highly disappointed at this point. I am a frequent Chipotle customer, but based on this recent experience, I may need to second guess that.

I walked in today with my aunt, asked for two bowls and tortillas in the side, while we’re asking for our vegetables my aunt was all done I still was finishing on ordering, and the women ask me if that was all I clearly out load said “Lettuce and guacamole, as well” and so we get finish paying, my aunt and I head to the car and open our bowls and I see that lettuce and guacamole is missing so I decided to go back in to tell them that they forgot to add on guacamole and lettuce and they nicely did the favor on helping me with that, but I end up paying for the guacamole. This is their mistake not mine, I clearly told the woman what else I wanted, unbelievable.

Not sure what I just tasted here. The chicken had a a fishy taste like it was marinated in fish oil. And the chips taste like they came from a grocery store bag of chips and had grilled marks all over them. Super weird. I threw the all of it in the trash.

This location is dirty, has hair in the food, and does not honor promotions. Some of the people at the register are rude, Gloria, and I will never spend another dime here. I have contacted the corporate office regarding my horrible experience tonight. Spend your money elsewhere.
