Clone Ashley, Crab Cab she is a dedicated worker. I have witnessed her working tirelessly from sunrise to sunset. She consistently demonstrates exceptional customer service, maintaining a positive attitude even in challenging situations. Before customers depart, she ensures they leave with a smile or a sense of contentment. The restaurant’s ambiance and atmosphere are consistently successful. If any issues arise, management always take appropriate action to rectify them.

I had a wonderful dining experience! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The food was absolutely delicious — every dish was beautifully presented and full of flavor.
A special shout-out to our server, Ashley, (it was her birthday too) who truly made our evening extra special. She was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. It’s rare to find service that feels both professional and genuinely caring — Ashley nailed it!
Highly recommend this spot if you're looking for great food and top-notch service. Ask for Ashley if you can — you won’t be disappointed!

The cab crab was a random brunch stop on A Sunday funday.
The food was mid. There’s no super creative or aesthetic. It’s not bad, however I wouldn’t go hungry.
The service is terrible. It’s like, because they know the 18% gratuity is included they can:
- not be courteous
- manage time
- bring cold food
- not refill drinks
- never check on the table after the food comes out
- take forever to bring the check and anything else you may have requested during the duration of your meal.
The blueberry mimosa pitcher was good thought.
Oh—- I almost forgot the ceiling leaking directly on to me and my food on a rainy day [July 27th 2025 at 2pm🙃]
I encourage others to let this place work out their kinks before bringing their business here.

so I've ate a crab Cab in Alexandria VA before the vibes are Nice food was OK. Today was my first time visiting the crab Cab at Richie station I wanted to order to go so I called in. I was instructed that I had to come in or go online to make an order. There is an outside/inside. I have a bonnet on so I didn't wanna go inside. i just wanted to grab some dinner to go I noticed the owner at the bar from the outside where other people are sitting and being serviced at and I asked could I place it to go order? I'm not properly dressed nor did I plan on coming inside of the establishment? I have a bonnet on my head he inconsiderately told me that I had to come inside and refuse to take my order from the outside bar I left. I was very upset and I won't be back if that is the energy that the owner gives I don't want to know what type of workers he has there He could have easily accommodated me as he was accommodating The other two guests at the outside bar.

I had the most impeccable experience at Crab Cab in Capitol Heights! Shrimp, salmon and crab meat was top-tier and the mimosas is five star level. Those egg rolls…AMAZING!! And especially the cinnamon toast crunch cheesecake with Chef’s kiss! Our waiter Aaron was extremely accommodating and accurate with our order! Come see him every day except Tuesdays. You will NOT be disappointed!!!
