Dave & Buster's Capitol Heights

Arrived with family to find the restaurant at maybe 60% capacity—plenty of open tables visible throughout the dining area. Host immediately defaulted to “no seating without reservations” despite the obvious availability. Rather than use discretion or exercise basic hospitality, I was forced to pull out OpenTable, make a booking while standing at the podium, then get seated via pointing gestures instead of the courtesy of actually walking us to our table. The whole interaction felt more like checking boxes on a compliance checklist than providing service.

Drinks were bomb shout out to bartender , however server was terrible never came to table to check if we were good the place wasn’t even busy very poor service . The quesadillas were also disgusting it had a very weird taste to them. Arundel mills location is way better

This is absolutely my least favorite D&B location EVER. It’s been bad since they opened their doors.

During a visit on Football Sunday, my brother and I walked up to the bar looking for seats. When we found two we were waiting on someone to clear the dishes from the previous guests. There was a server amongst the guests at the bar and bar tables. She NEVER walked away from them to clear the bar. She kept mingling and talking with them. At no point did a bartender come over and clear the bar even though we were standing RIGHT THERE. We walked to the other side of the bar and found two seats. This time, the bartender cleared it so we can sit. Afterwards, his service was TERRIBLE. He was so busy entertaining two females at the bar that he couldn’t service us. I got fed up and decided to pay our tab and go to the Arundel Mills location.

I took a chance on them and it failed. I’ll never go there again!

I have fun here everytime. I try to go on Wednesdays since its half off the billiards. Great drinks. Great food. Clean restrooms. Need better pool tables but minor repairs. Plenty of parking. I found out they host karoke on Thursday nights. So that would be fun to join one day. Highly recommend

This location is unclean and had broken down or overused machines and my cocktail was $19 for a water down drink....definitely wont recommend or be a repeat customer

Shawn was prompt, professional, and polite! She handled all of our needs and kept a smile on her face. I appreciate the hospitality and the warm manner that Shawn displayed. I'll be back again just because of her excellent service! Thank you Shawn!

Great place for a good time. Stopped in for a quick bite and a couple beers to enjoy the weekend. Parking around lunch was plentiful and just a few folks enjoying family time the timing couldn’t be better lol. Beers were good and cold but definitely stadium priced but you know what you signed up for. My wife grabbed some chicken quesadillas which were very well put together. Definitely worth ordering again. I ordered the mountain of nachos that looked really nice but were room temperature throughout and not filled and flavored in the interior unfortunately. Good but not worth ordering again even with a larger crowd in tow. Customer service was extremely great. Everyone there wanted you to feel like anything you needed would get sorted no problem. Kudos for that! I would reserve visiting unless you were entertaining more than two folks for sure.

From the beginning I had a horrible experience. Reserved a table; I was seated. At the table I was asked to confirm how many ppl were coming (I reserved for 10 / birthday party). I had to be asked about 3 times. Frustrated I asked for the General manager SHE WAS NO HELP. ok after 25 min of waiting finally the kids were able to order and get their cards. Well another rude manager tells my daughter (19) and my nephew (11) to get off a game. Of course they told me and when I asked her what happened she says she's asking the questions and she would only refund 1 of them because my daughter was not 21. Again frustrated I asked for the GM again. After waiting on her for 37 min she told me well it's nothing I could do, she's a leader as well. After spending $500 in this facility I would NEVER recommend nor host another party here

While there was a moment when things could have gone left, I want to thank Rochelle and Rakaya for genuinely enhancing our experience through their exceptional service. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and willingness to listen to our concerns made a significant difference. In an era where quality customer service is increasingly rare, I believe it’s important to acknowledge and commend such dedicated efforts to ensure a positive experience.
