Nelly is a great host very accommodating and personable. We came in with a decent size party with questions on game cards. She fielded the questions with no problem gave us the best solution and are night could not have started any better.

Everything was awesome
This isn't a bad experience overall, but don't expect a lot of value for your money. The food was decent but expensive for what you get. The service was slow despite there not being very many guests at the time. We went on a weeknight and it still took almost 30 minutes to get our food. The arcade section was very loud and there were some screaming kids, which made it hared to hear over dinner. The game selection is more oriented towards ticketed games- it's not for hardcore arcade fans. That being said, we did have fun playing skeeball and some of the other games. This is a great place for kids but not necessarily that great for grownups.
Karaoke filled up too fast shut down too early
Nelly was amazing as soon as we walked through the door! Her trainee Deveen was very nice also.
Came in on a weekday, nice, comfortable environment. Ms. Nelly was super helpful and patient with me as I was figuring out the cards and how to save the most money lol.
