Kudos to our server: Fantasia!!!We went to Dave & Busters specifically for the Thursday night Karaoke fun event! No judgement! Mature adults! Mindful and respectful! Super supportive! The place looks amazing! The atmosphere is cool! The big screens, the L.E.D. Lighting is awesome!! We ordered food. The singers (male and female) were all good! Had fun! Lots of claps and positive cheering ! Prices good! I will return. My food on the other hand did taste good but my stomach was a little upset a little later on that night after I got back home!

This was once of the worst experiences I've had at a Dave & Busters. For one we went on a Sunday night and management was horrible. All she did was sit with some customers and talk. And when we had an issue with the bill she didn't care. We are paying customers. We returned our food because it wasn't what we ordered and it was not worth the price advertised. The boneless wings were good, the fries were very small. Our waiter was very nice tho I have to give him that. But I don't think we will return.

My husband had to chase the waiter to get our order and we see 4 other waiter and waitresses just standing there. He was hiding in the pillar. My husband was thirsty 15 mins later waiter was hiding again so I went to the bartender. He says I can't serve you your waiter has to. So I said do we wait another 30 mins when we are thirsty and paying for this? I can't serve you find your waiter. I was drained. Then they don't give a paper receipt forcing you to pay upfront with the tablet from the LAZY waiter. So to avoid altercation my husband paid for a tip. WORST service in a America. If I have to chase people for my food and drinks and PAY for it. I would have gladly stayed home and cook better. Traumatizing. FOOD was okay. Service killed everything.

After 7 minutes, we were seated with a high chair for the baby.CleanlinessAlthough the booth table was clean, the wall of the booth was dirty and had not been wiped down. The rest of the place (game areas) were clean.Food ServiceSo… our waiter didn’t seem very friendly or enthusiastic. Seemed like he didn’t really wanna interact with us. I mean… this is an arcade & sports bar! At 2:30pm! Wake up and put some pep in your step! We ordered appetizers: Burger sliders were delicious and cooked to perfect! The Barbacoa Quesadilla was very cheesy but could hardly taste any barbacoa because there was barely any in the quesadilla. My fiancé loved his Buster Bacon Burger but the fries were cooked too hard and lacked flavor. My issue with the food service was how it was brought out. The sliders, kids meal and Buster Burger were brought out at the same time. When my order came out it was wrong and my family were halfway done with their meal. Finally I got my quesadilla but everyone was finished and I ate alone. Also it annoyed me that my cup was taken for a refill instead of giving me a new one with fresh ice.Excluding the bar area (because we did not go over there) nobody seemed like they were happy at work today. I was hoping the experience would be different but… maybe I’ll come back another day at a different time.Edit to add: please do something about the changing tables in the men’s restroom.

Took the family here on a Friday and they had a live DJ, which was great until we had to sit only two tables away from his speakers. so it was very very loud could barely hear the waiter or the waiter could not hear us, but everything else was on point.

The bar tender Day I think that is his name was very distracted. I sat at the bar and it took someone maybe like 10 mins to come over.It was enough time to look over the menu and we started to order. In the middle of taking our order, Day stopped and took someone else’s order who wasn’t even at the bar just walked up. That’s probably why we only received one of the food items we ordered. We waited and waited a good 20 mins like where is the other items. We asked Day and he said I only heard wings and your drink orders. I’m puzzled because he repeated what we wanted before he walked off, we ordered drinks that took 15 mins to come and when it did it had so much ice that I was hardly drinking anything. I had to ask Day for less ice. Overall I had a good time because of the entertainment and the wings were very good. The service tho could use some work.

It was ok. Saturday can be busy definitely recommend reserving a table before going if you plan on eating. When we went we wanted separate checks but for some reason nobody including the managers knew how to do this. We paid separately but everything was on one big receipt I didn't understand that. The sever Laurlyn was cool we tip her ok. The food was the highlight. It's alot of staff and some were just standing and not doing anything lol.

I reserved high table seating for 10. Our seating and tables were ready about 10 after my reservation which was fine. The food, environment and waitress was wonderful!!!!!!! I was able to sing Happy Birthday to my son no problem he was a happy camper!!! Afterwards they played games n had a fabulous time!!!
