So we ordered 3 pizzas from the Capitol Heights location. And had somewhat of an issue. Called the store to find out about our order. And when I say this young man (Marcus) was so professional. MARCUS he never lost his composure nor did he ever become unprofessional or lose his demeanor. Marcus not only treated me as a valued customer, he also resolved the issue and came up with a resolution to the problem. JOB WELL DONE Sir. Thank you for providing the highest level of professionalism to me. Thank you and God bless you and yours. So you can receive professional behavior in Capitol Heights, MD and not to mention their pizzas are always good and on point. Thank you Sir (MARCUS). We sincerely appreciate the great service you gave us.

We talked to Tony. He was taking our order and he fully placed it. He also charged our card the full amount. Keep in mind he knew where we wanted to deliver the food before he charged the card and before he finished placing the order. He even repeated the area we wanted it delivered before continuing to charge the card. Then 20-25 minutes after he said they couldn’t deliver it here because of the manager having to “make choices”. Now we have to wait on the money to come back into the account(Which won’t be tonight) for something we didn’t receive. If we knew they couldn’t deliver, we wouldn’t have ordered and let them charge us. It’s Ridiculous to be honest.

The three running the place the evening were working well together. They displayed a lot of teamwork and were constantly getting those orders out to customers. The pizza was delicious. I had stuffed crust and I like the parmesan butter around the crust. Kudos to that the workers especially the young lady who knows how to lead!

It's 10.43pm on Wednesday July 16 and NO ONE IS PICKING UP THE PHONE AT DOMINO'S... I put a order in on Uber Eats and it gets canceled.... I call DOMINO'S 2 different locations and no one answered the phone... it's raining a little so apparently no orders can get put in... WHAT'S WITH YOU PEOPLE??????

Ordered Pizza with works and fudge bowines paid online watch the tracker said out for delivery,then it said delivered after 10 mins, so I tell my Wife and there was bo knock or door bell ring,She goes to the door to see if he's lost to find the food on the floor,we called the Domino's manager said that the Driver can do that it's called touch less Delivery, Domino's has a new Delivery Policy, leave it at the door on the floor.it was the Domino's at 6068 Loch Raven Blvd,between Loch Raven and Taylor.I will never Order from them again
