This is the only Dominos my family will order from, they never disappoints! Pizza is always fresh, and cheesy. Staff is friendly is very serious about the quality and satisfaction of the customers. We love this Seat Pleasant, MD location!
I ordered online a pizza & wings. The pizza was good not burnt but well done like I ask for. I called after I placed my order to have my wings well done as well. The chicken wasn't it was slimy & it looked under cooked. I'll put it in the air fryer. The wings did have a lot of sauce on it when normally it barely has any. I would recommend this place, just check your food before leaving. ****Also, the crushed peppers & cheese are $0.30 a packet. I paid for some with my change & the guy gave me extra. In my opinion $0.30 is ridiculous.

Customer service is horrible. Workers on their phone on facetime cursing loud. Store phone ringing never picks. Instead say im not picking it up. I waited 30 minutes for my chicken alfredo just for them to tell me they have no sauce for it. They tried to get an attitude with me just for asking how much longer.

Staff courteous, place clean, pizza hot and ready when I arrived for pick up. However, more staff is needed for answering phone, had to hang up, call back numerous times.

Our order came extremely late. We were told it was a driver issue. The pizza was cold, and when we attempted to call back. Our clla was hung up on. How about don't take delivery orders if you're having driver issues. I can tell our pizza sat it wasn't made over to ensure we receive and HOT pizza.

This location has redeemed itself a little bit to me after having waited for over 3 hours for my order. I would have canceled, but there were children who were expecting pizza. Spoke to Terry, the manager, and we discovered the error, and he did his best to rectify the situation. The next visit, in person, went much smoother.

No greetings From the cashier. She was more focus in using her personal Phone rather than provide Customer service. She charged me and after 5 minutes had to reminded her to give me the products I purchased. Dominos needs to set rules on employees and not allow the constant use of their employees personal phone!!!
