I ordered the chicken and roasted pepper wrap and it was disgusting. It was burnt with a weird taste. I've had this wrap before but at a different location and I was delicious. So disappointed that someone would think it is okay to serve burnt food.

Organization: 3 out of 10, 10 being the highest Hygiene and Food Cleaniness: 1. The prepare gave me the wrong sandwich then I watched her take my egg and turkey sausage put it in the same counter without placing paper underneath it to protect my food. The same location where they were taking items out the oven. Get your coffee here. Fine. That is it Customer Service: 2 , argumentative when they get your order wrong. Time of day: 12pm. I could only imagine if it was morning rush hour.

This is my local store I pass here on my way to work the manger is always heighten and short never friendly today I had a rough morning I forgot to ask for no ice in my iced coffee. I was penalized and up charged as I came around to the window to remind the cashier that it slipped my mind. He explained to his colleague one moment on that iced coffee she is asking for no ice. Of courses I questioned why am I be charged to not use their ice she came at the window threatening to refuse service if I have a problem paying the fee I had other things going on that morning with my toddler I didn’t have the energy. I reviewed my items my drink which was wrong and they stuffed my food in a smaller packing and it was cold as if they had several items sitting to the side awaiting for orders this isn’t my first bad encounter but I like to support the area I live in . I will need to find a local small business that would appreciate my money and not a large chain who see you as a transaction number.

I come here every for sweet foam cold brew. Staff is always nice and they’re great.
I wanna start by saying the Man who works the window and the woman taking the orders around 6 am are the absolute rudest people i have ever encountered. as soon as you pull up to the drive thru she rushes u and her favorite phrase after every individual item you order is “ is that it “. you would think that the morning shift would be more friendly to everyday customers but i truly am done with them and i hope they find better people to run their store. if i could ZERO STARS trust me i would !!!

Plain bagel, extra toast and make sure I told the lady who took my order to let them know. I brought it back and they give me the same sandwich. Just put it on the microwave extra hot. What’s going on? They tried to move people fast that they forgot about customer service

Last time I was here, the barista messed up my drink so I asked for it to be remade. She took the drink, dumped it in the hand washing sink, then washed it out using her hands, no gloves mind you. She got to working on the new drink but I was literally in awe by what I just saw. I asked if she could remake it in a NEW cup but she said she’d have to charge me a dollar and some change, like are you serious!? I was already charged for the additional 3 french vanilla shots that I did not ask for. (Which is the reason why I noticed my drink was messed up, it was disgustingly sweet) Another customer who saw what happened discussed it with me told the barista off because I was too dumbfounded by the situation. Fortunately, another young girl who looked about my age took over and remade the drink for me no problem. I love Dunkin’ Donuts but I avoid this location at all costs. There is always something wrong with my order. This was my final straw. This location sucks!!

It isn’t normally so bad here but the problem I have is asking for less ice , paying for less ice and getting the most ice they can possibly give. It’s kind of annoying. Maybe next time I’ll get a small with no ice. I’m kind of annoyed
