Last time I was here, the barista messed up my drink so I asked for it to be remade. She took the drink, dumped it in the hand washing sink, then washed it out using her hands, no gloves mind you. She got to working on the new drink but I was literally in awe by what I just saw. I asked if she could remake it in a NEW cup but she said she’d have to charge me a dollar and some change, like are you serious!? I was already charged for the additional 3 french vanilla shots that I did not ask for. (Which is the reason why I noticed my drink was messed up, it was disgustingly sweet) Another customer who saw what happened discussed it with me told the barista off because I was too dumbfounded by the situation. Fortunately, another young girl who looked about my age took over and remade the drink for me no problem. I love Dunkin’ Donuts but I avoid this location at all costs. There is always something wrong with my order. This was my final straw. This location sucks!!

It isn’t normally so bad here but the problem I have is asking for less ice , paying for less ice and getting the most ice they can possibly give. It’s kind of annoying. Maybe next time I’ll get a small with no ice. I’m kind of annoyed

I came in half hour before closing and the employees working there saw me and my partner outside the and continued to lock the door and slam it shut. I understand we had come in later during the night but I would’ve absolutely preferred someone to say that the store is closing early and not slam the door in my face.

I've always been team Dunkin but I've been seeing commercials for there sandwiches and others foods. This deal is 6 bucks and some change for a breakfast sandwich, coffee and hash browns. You can choice your bread. I went with the English muffin. You can choose how you want your eggs and the type of cheese you want. I believe it comes with sausage but a subbed for bacon at no charge. Then there's your coffee. I got iced coffee but you can get hot or cold. And finally the hash browns. I'm pretty picky about my hash browns so I asked to have them cooked well done. They came out pretty good I was pleasantly surprised. I never thought I could be satisfied at a donut spot and not have a single donut. Highly recommended. Get the app. It's much easier to order thru the app. I think this deal is only for a limited time so Hur rup!!

I love this Dunkin, I travel pass 3 Dunkin's in the area just to go to this one. The renovations are nice, the employees are nice the atmosphere is great. I've never experienced any issues at this Dunkin. It's always clean.
Workers had an attitude and my drink was not made correctly I asked for an iced latte and when I got it it was not even mixed together and it tasted like straight up milk and vanilla and when I asked if I could have sugar the worker she had an attitude overall this was one of the worst coffees I’ve ever had from dunkin I would not recommend going here I was extremely disappointed.

Great customer service, they made my ice coffee JUST RIGHT! I didn’t go inside only the drive thru but the inside is your typical Dunkin’. I love the “snackin bacon “ before it was a menu item. Now that’s its advertised the portion size of the bacon has become much smaller. Which is unfortunate. It could also just be this location. Other than that this was a great Dunkin for great service!

Can't say I had the greatest experience here, but it also wasn't the worst. While waiting in line to place my order with the young cashier, an older gentleman came to assist me at another register. My order not complex at all- A large iced coffee, light ice, cream, 2 different type syrups, whipped cream and caramel drizzle. I placed my order and took a video and photos of the place. In the midst of taking my video the older gentleman who took my order was watching me the entire time. I did a almost 360 of store and close to the ending he yelled 3 times, "ma'am!" I still decided to take pictures but the fact he yelled ma'am as I was taking a video to show everyone the inside it was very off-putting and very rude. If he stated your drink is ready in a calm tone, I would have been fine, but to scream ma'am was not a enjoyable experience/moment. I've been to this location before but it was women that assisted me and weren't rude and made my drinks the way I asked but this older guy made me very irritated by his tone and the fact he yelled so aggressively. I don't think he liked me taking photos and videos of the store, but I will if I'm in the mood each time I go. The positive thing is my drinks are always made the way I like so I'm happy with that!
Parking: The parking is not too difficult but you do have to go on the side of the Comfort Inn hotels and Carolina Kitchen, to the left and to the right right near the drive through to get to the parking. Sometimes, parking can be a little crazy because the drive-thru line, if backed up can hold you up from leaving the parking lot.
