This is my local store I pass here on my way to work the manger is always heighten and short never friendly today I had a rough morning I forgot to ask for no ice in my iced coffee. I was penalized and up charged as I came around to the window to remind the cashier that it slipped my mind. He explained to his colleague one moment on that iced coffee she is asking for no ice. Of courses I questioned why am I be charged to not use their ice she came at the window threatening to refuse service if I have a problem paying the fee I had other things going on that morning with my toddler I didn’t have the energy. I reviewed my items my drink which was wrong and they stuffed my food in a smaller packing and it was cold as if they had several items sitting to the side awaiting for orders this isn’t my first bad encounter but I like to support the area I live in . I will need to find a local small business that would appreciate my money and not a large chain who see you as a transaction number.

I wanna start by saying the Man who works the window and the woman taking the orders around 6 am are the absolute rudest people i have ever encountered. as soon as you pull up to the drive thru she rushes u and her favorite phrase after every individual item you order is “ is that it “. you would think that the morning shift would be more friendly to everyday customers but i truly am done with them and i hope they find better people to run their store. if i could ZERO STARS trust me i would !!!

Plain bagel, extra toast and make sure I told the lady who took my order to let them know. I brought it back and they give me the same sandwich. Just put it on the microwave extra hot. What’s going on? They tried to move people fast that they forgot about customer service

Last time I was here, the barista messed up my drink so I asked for it to be remade. She took the drink, dumped it in the hand washing sink, then washed it out using her hands, no gloves mind you. She got to working on the new drink but I was literally in awe by what I just saw. I asked if she could remake it in a NEW cup but she said she’d have to charge me a dollar and some change, like are you serious!? I was already charged for the additional 3 french vanilla shots that I did not ask for. (Which is the reason why I noticed my drink was messed up, it was disgustingly sweet) Another customer who saw what happened discussed it with me told the barista off because I was too dumbfounded by the situation. Fortunately, another young girl who looked about my age took over and remade the drink for me no problem. I love Dunkin’ Donuts but I avoid this location at all costs. There is always something wrong with my order. This was my final straw. This location sucks!!

It isn’t normally so bad here but the problem I have is asking for less ice , paying for less ice and getting the most ice they can possibly give. It’s kind of annoying. Maybe next time I’ll get a small with no ice. I’m kind of annoyed

Charged me correctly but food wasn’t correct. Paid for a sausage egg n cheese croissant and got just plain egg. Asked for a bagel to be toasted and it wasn’t. Terrible service. And expensive considering that everything is frozen and reheated.
I came in half hour before closing and the employees working there saw me and my partner outside the and continued to lock the door and slam it shut. I understand we had come in later during the night but I would’ve absolutely preferred someone to say that the store is closing early and not slam the door in my face.

I've always been team Dunkin but I've been seeing commercials for there sandwiches and others foods. This deal is 6 bucks and some change for a breakfast sandwich, coffee and hash browns. You can choice your bread. I went with the English muffin. You can choose how you want your eggs and the type of cheese you want. I believe it comes with sausage but a subbed for bacon at no charge. Then there's your coffee. I got iced coffee but you can get hot or cold. And finally the hash browns. I'm pretty picky about my hash browns so I asked to have them cooked well done. They came out pretty good I was pleasantly surprised. I never thought I could be satisfied at a donut spot and not have a single donut. Highly recommended. Get the app. It's much easier to order thru the app. I think this deal is only for a limited time so Hur rup!!

I love this Dunkin, I travel pass 3 Dunkin's in the area just to go to this one. The renovations are nice, the employees are nice the atmosphere is great. I've never experienced any issues at this Dunkin. It's always clean.
