They've removed most all of the tables and chairs inside. The store feels sad. The staff was great and the food is the same as every other Dunkin. I wouldn't go back.

Yeah, just ignored me coming to the door. Um, I asked if it was closed because of the sign says open but they decide to communicate to each other and and I knocked again this nothing . Then I noticed the dining is close at five to drive to open to six. But why can you just told me at the window walking up so he brought me to going on Google and making this post.

All workers took pride in the food they prepared. Nothing burnt and the cofees were just right. More than I can say for the dunking on knickerbocker Avenue in bushwick. I never tried the ham and Swiss suffers until I went the capitol hta Dunkin. Went to brooklyn and tried it. It was overcooked and bread was slightly burnt. ? loved the capitol heights food. Just perfect.

One of the employees named Sydney made me one of the best caramel macchiatos earlier today. Also I ordered and got my coffee in less than 5 minutes. Great service by both employees there! ?

Stopped thru here to get something sweet - we're from out of town mind you. When we opened our box of donuts and bit into them, they were cold and hard as rocks. We made a u-turn to exchange them for fresh ones. To our dismay, the girl taking orders said, "Um we don't currently do fresh donuts." #confused. Soo we asked for a refund and she said she can't really give a refund because her manager won't be in until the following morning. She offered to make a sandwich or drink but if you don't do fresh donuts, you don't do fresh food. Also, the restroom made me question life and the staff. Sorry

The coffee is ok, but the donuts are not good. They are either cold or taste old. I never had such bad donuts in any other location. I hope management sees my review comment and address this issue.

Look at my tea, they reuse their cups my tea have/taste dish detergent in it**I called in complained an spoke w/someone who said she was a manager (black with blonde dreads) who actually served me and asked was I coming back,I came back and thay refused to give me a Refund because no manager was there**

This morning, I went into this location to purchase coffee and items for a team function. I received the carafe, donuts I ordered, and a box that appeared to be munchkins. I'm confused because I don't know why I received this box. I asked the IGNORANT GUY behind the counter why did I get a box of munchkins when I didn't order them. He mumbled something with a funky attitude. I said excuse me you don't have to act that way all I did was ask you a question. His next phrase started with a 4 letter word that begins with F and it was directed at me. This is indicative of the level of customer service we receive in George’s County MD. Surly,ignorant, antagonistic people who are upset they work with the public.

I stopped at this Dunkin Donuts on my way to work and it was a huge mistake. Service was slow, the kiosk didn’t work, the workers had a I don’t care attitude and my order took thirty minute to get and all I order was a sandwich and coffee. EPIC failure and I will not support those locations ever again.
