every single time I order delivery through DoorDash, I get old food. my food is never fresh. it’s like they give me a cancelled order or food that has been sitting all day.
my fries are always cold or lukewarm. and the bacon is black as oil. you can tell the employees just do not care.

Just wondering why the music is so loud in this establishment. It’s impossible to dine in. The volume of the music is so loud Customers can’t hear and your employees can’t hear your customers. It is a complete shouting match.
There's something about five guys that burgers have lost this flavor. They really don't have much taste like as long as you say when I go there. Now I just want a milkshake and maybe the fries. They might want to look into going back to a premium hamburger or season it for the price they charge. The standards should be super high

I just spent $79 for me to receive not a single burger that was made to order. Seeing as you have one job and there were only two orders: mine and another, how do you get Everything wrong? I’m disgusted. Thanks for wasting my time, money, and gas Five Guys. Way to be stellar.

The burgers are great and the service too, I just can't get over 2 burgers for $40.00 that is a bit much for me, but they were not bad with 2 shakes our totally order $53.00 is a bit much.

I went to this location today to order two cheeseburger meals. Mine was a petty melt, and I ordered it all online. Once I got to the establishment, I picked up my food and got in the car to look at my sandwich. As I looked at my sandwich, I saw that I didn’t have any toppings on it. I went back inside to require why my sandwich didn’t have any toppings. I soon realized That I didn’t place the toppings the way I should have through the app so they never receive topping for the Sandwich through the . I spoke with A young man named Giovanni, who was on the grill. He kindly gave me the toppings for my sandwich, Even offered to remake it, Which was not necessary. So he loaded my toppings into a container and gave it to me to go. He was so kind and so professional. He diffuse the situation before once started. Giovanni, thank you for being kind, pleasant and professional through the situation. You are awesome! The food was amazing!

I visited this location today (August 22, 2025), and while the staff who know me by name as I visit this store a lot were as professional and friendly as always, I was very disappointed with the new fry portion policy.
I paid nearly $8 for a regular fry and received about 18 French fries. I understand this is a company-wide change, not the staff’s fault, but it felt like a poor value compared to what Five Guys used to offer. The generous portions, especially the extra fries in the bag, used to set this company apart.
To be honest, I had to stop at McDonald’s of all places afterward just to get more fries to feel satisfied. I truly appreciate the outstanding service from the Capitol Heights team, but I hope corporate reconsiders this change, as it affects the overall customer experience. I am highly disappointed in this decision and if I come back to this store it would literally only be because of the staff. Great Job staff! To corporate please take a look at what I received for $8 in the picture below.
