I decided to get a great burger so I went to this Five Guys location in Capitol Heights and it was boisterous. The background music exceeded 80 decibels, I have an app, so I knew the loudness level. As the rock music screamed in my ear, I asked the cashier to lower the background music. He said, wish I could. Then my brother asked him to turn it down and he said, he couldn't. We quickly left this location and went to the Five Guys in Bowie, where they understand no one wants to sit with music blasting in your ears and you have to yell yo communicate. This clearly exceeds OSHA's recommendation and these employees should have been wearing hearing protection in this environment. Get real managers/owners you're not just doing an injustice to your patrons but your employees too.
