Worst experience ever, we went to have lunch and since the saw us entering the restaurant they turn around and after a wait no one gave us service. If was like they don’t need customers to earn their paycheck. Is this IHOP against a specific race (racist) or what?

I arrived a Latino to give us the order, everything is fine from there, kind and everything, but then they brought the bill, which was 80 dollars, and I was going to pay, and he said, Wait for this bad thing, I do not know if he wanted to scam me, but I am not afraid to pay, then they discriminate against you if you do not tip them.

We had a disappointing experience at this IHOP location. There were ants crawling on the dirty wall right behind our table, which was really off-putting. Our drinks didn’t arrive until after our food was already served, and the overall service felt off, we noticed hair on our table and saw that other nearby guests also had delays with their server. Definitely not the clean or efficient service we were hoping for. It’s obvious that Corporate does not care about this location, just shut it down.

I've visited this IHOP twice in the last year. Once was during the Sunday rush. The service stood out to me. I was greeted immediately and sat at a seat. The server came within seconds of being seated. I was served with a smile and pleasantly which is rare in restaurants these days. This has become my favorite IHOP in the area.

We had an enjoyable quiet evening at IHOP. Veronica was very attentive to our table. Our order didn't take long since there were not many people being served. We will be back again to dine.

It was all good, except for the fact that I was there on Saturday morning, I guess it was a busy time for them, alot of people came in to eat and gist lol ...but the staff were all busy and all hands on deck . The food was good as usual, a typical IHOP... it was fine!
I ordered the lunch for our coworkers at IHOP, Manager Diamond and all employees was very helpful and kind during lunch orders. The price was very reasonable and Food was very delicious. I gonna visit again and again. Thanks,

My visit and experience at this IHOP was horrible ... The egg white omelette was scorched/ over cooked so bad that it was brown like a paper bag and when I brought it to the attention of the acting manager ( a light skinned very young looking sarcastic individual ) she suggested that I pay for the hot cakes and turkey sausage that I took a bite out of. I refuse to pay because I ordered a whole meal not parcial. She then made an remark to insult me mentioning AUTISM 🤨😡🤬 I WAS OFFERED HALF OF MY FRIENDS MEAL WHO WAS TREATING ME TO A MEAL FOR MY BIRTHDAY. I WAS SOOOOOO EMBARRASSED 🤨 I WILL NEVER EVER VISIT THAT IHOP AGAIN NOT ALONE REFER ANYONE TO THAT HOSTILE LOCATION EVER TO EAT.
