Today. April 13, 2024, my sister and who are in our 70’s had the worst eat in of our lives. Waited 15 minutes for a waitress to take our order. We order from the 55menu. They charged us the regular rate for a cost of $35.00+. Out meal was $9.99 each. We never received any water nor how was the meal. The “manager” was to correct the bill to no avail. He was not kind nor professional to make the adjustment . We will never eat at an IHOP again. This would have been adjusted better in another neighborhood !Janice B . Lane

Worst place ever… We arrived at the same time as other table. They ate and left, and we were still waiting for drinks.Our server had a table that asked for separate cheeks which I understand can be frustrating and time consuming.However, as a server you know what to prioritize. She only had 3 tables. Other servers were doing a great job. I had to get up to get ketchup and hot sauce because she never did. I order coffee and bacon and it never arrived. The worst part was when I asked for the check, the server had the nerve to ask me if I wanted the bacon to go because either way it was on my bill already.

From the time I stepped per in the level of service received was nothing more than excellence. NyGea is the epitome of customer service. The restaurant is clean, organize and smells good. The entire team clean, well dressed and professional. I thought I was on a movie set, they all were so wonderfully put together. I will be back.

The front desk hostess that has a Birthday today 3/21 is rude and unprofessional. She should not be working at IHop she lacks customer service.It took almost 2 hours to receive my food and the restaurant was not even packed.These waitresses are slow and Incompetent.My review is the truth.

My partner and I decided to visit this Ihoo location on Sunday, March 24, 2024. It was a disaster from start to finish. We stood at the door for 5 minutes waiting to be seated! Upon entering the lobby was a trashy mess! There was a young lady with braids whom I’m assuming to be the manager who was standing by the kitchen entrance who saw us and continued to talk and watch us. Finally she seated us at a dirty two too table that had dried strawberry syrup on the table, trash under the table and a dirty seat. Approximately 5 minutes later a young lady came to take our order and I ordered for my partner and I wasn’t sure what I wanted so she said I’m going to take another tables drink orders and I will be back, in the interim another young lady came over named Jayme and said can I help you I explained another young lady came over and started the order but left to take another tables order because I was unsure what I wanted she said no worries I can take it and let her know. I said okay well my partner would like to change her initial order because we noticed something different on the menu she said okay so we placed our order. Jayme told the other young lady she picked us up and took our order and the young lady said I will transfer the one order to you so she says well they changed it and the young lady goes onto say what I already sent it to the kitchen, the lady I assumed to be the manager goes to the kitchen and hollers don’t make that order for table 55 they can’t make up their mind and they don’t want it, first of all why would she send it to the kitchen without both orders we came to eat together and one plate would’ve come out without the other. We finally received our food the pancakes were ice cold and so was the sausage. We sent them back. My companions pancakes came back within 3 minutes however, my pancakes came back after I was done eating which was approximately 15-20 minutes and I had to ask where was my sausage links. She said it’s coming! After waiting all that time my pancakes came back undercooked and my sausage cold! The entire was a disaster! The staff was sitting off in another area eating and talking all the while there were multiple dirty tables! I remember when Max the proprietor first came to that location and the one in Greenbelt it was nice! I’m assuming he’s no longer in charge! We will NEVER come there again! This place needs an overhaul from management on down!

The worst restaurant, those who work in the kitchen are inefficient, they do not get the orders on time, you have to wait like 40 minutes just for them to tell you that your order is not ready, they don't care, don't go to this restaurant, all the workers are lazy, they are just there oh for putting in your hours and going home disappointment

A store is only as good as the management to set the tone for the rest.If the management isn't strong and professional neither will the workers be. Every time I come here. There's loud talking among the workers, lots and lots of gossiping and talking about the customers that are in there. When thecompany starts downsizing, this is something they may want to consider about this location. There's like 2 really good employees here, but other than that's not a good customer. We are spending ? and deserve quality service and experience...Pretty sad. But I would be remiss if I didn't give a huge huge. Thank you to one of the workers his name is Dwayne. He was very professional, very attentif. An apologetic on behalf of the locatiand I appreciate him. You need to get more like him. This will be an awesome location if there were more creative courteous and considerate workers like him. There was another young lady as well and unfortunately I didn't get her name.

All the staff was huddled in the back of the restaurant being GHETTO , loud, unprofessional and unsanitary!Me & my family felt so UNCOMFORTABLEWhy would I want to eat at an establishment with my family while people are doing hair in the eating area while customers are eating .I will never come to this location on central ave again.Do yourself a favor and go to the Bowie location!
