I was working in Largo today and had to make sure I checked out this spot! I had the pleasure of meeting the owner Steven Wilson. He was so nice, welcoming, and spoke about his catering and business journey. He is also doing a lot of outstanding work in the community. I had the Hennessy wings, fried whiting, and egg rolls. I also indulged with chocolate chip cookies It place is super cozy, welcoming, and neighborhood friendly. I'll definitely be back! This place is a little gem! I was not expecting what I walked in to. Very relaxed and easy cafe, almost a lounge feeling for the family. The food is so good. Those crab cakes and the sauce they use for the crab fries is the best I have ever tasted. The prices are reasonable. I don’t know if he was the owner but he came out and played a table game with my son. I will be in there again. Just ordered fished sub and surprisingly it came with some crinkly fries. Both items are very good! Tasty..and the Chef took time out of his preparing and serving just to say, "Thank you". I will deifnitely support again!
This was my first time ordering at In A Minute and it will not be my last..In A Minute is a lovely gem nestled next to the Shoppers grocery store...the restaurant is clean with plenty of tables/seating..the ambiance and decor were very tranquil. The bourbon salmon sandwich and fries were fresh hot and delicious!
