Terrible service, they took my order and then completely forgot about me, locked bathrooms. Don't come to this place, they really don't care.

Currently waiting on a mobile order I placed approx: 30min ago. People have come into the store and placed an order and have left while i'm still here waiting

Food was ok I’m just not a fan of restaurants not willing to make a sandwich the way a customer requests…

I’m genuinely disappointed with the lack of basic training at this Jersey Mike’s location. My mother tried to order a simple Italian sub—Mike’s Way on 7/2/2025 in the 6:00 hour. I asked for that sandwich, which is literally their signature style—and the staff didn’t even know what that meant. That’s unacceptable.

If you work at Jersey Mike’s, knowing what “Mike’s Way” includes should be a bare minimum requirement. Instead of being helped, we were met with confusion and poor service. I ended up not even getting my order because of it.

I won’t be returning to this location, and I hope management takes this as a serious reminder to train their employees on the menu—especially the most fundamental items.

Love this location, they make thee best👉🏾 🥪 👈🏾‼️ It's a whole vibe....from the music 🎶 to the staff to the sandwiches ‼️

As a Vegetarian, I have tried the Vegetarian Sub everywhere and by far Jersey Mike's makes the best one for me but my all time favorite there is #64 the Portobello Mushroom Sub..just what I needed. Yummmm

My husband and I were so impressed with the customer service by the young people at this site’s location. Not only were they professional, they also took pride in their service and work. The young man who sliced the meat was kind and proficient with taking our order and slicing the meat and bread. The young lady who prepared the sandwiches was organized and neat with the presentation as though she was a top chef and artist all in one. And the manager, a young man himself gave his team accolades, performed as a team member, and served in his leadership role supporting his team. Seeing this performance by young people of color made my heart glad and excited but mostly proud.

I will BE BACK ….. 😁

Today I left a location and drove to this one in hopes of better customer service. I am so thankful that I received just that. The sandwich maker Jaden wasn’t distracted and was patient. I didn’t realize how much I was missing positive customer service in my neighborhood until I came to this store for a quick lunch. Everyone was very customer friendly.

Order placed online and I can just pick up. Great experience

Customer service is always great. Food is always fresh and hot. I love how the staff here remembers my daughter each time we visit.
