This is still my favorite rib joint, but the food has been very hit or miss for the last few years. When it hits... IT HITS. But there have been several times where the ribs were super tough and under seasoned. I often have to re-cook and season my order when I get home.
This place is DC's best kept secret for ribs, to such an extent that it's my standard for quality ribs. No one in the DMV can compete with them. Their ribs are cooked to perfection and their rub is second to none. Make sure to bring cash. Please also try the pulled pork sandwich; best in town!
December 21, 2023 about 2:30 pmThe RIB were we’ll cook on the outside but inside was not done enough there was still pink , so I had to put my Slab in the oven ,after I cook them fully they were good.Burn them less on the outside and cook them longer so the inside will be DONE.And my coleslaw was watery??♀️This one time I wasn’t satisfied.Thank you a concern Customer.
